Housekeeping was terrible. I noticed the room hadn’t been vacuumed, but I let that go. The toilet had to be repaired. I let that go because these things happen, but I finally lost it when I discovered I hadn’t received replacement coffee cups and the glass that I used on my first night was still there dirty on the third night. I called down to housekeeping and they said that they would bring up a clean glass and fresh coffee cups and coffee pods. They never showed up. I had to wonder whether anything had been cleaned or if they just came in and made up the bed and left. Very disappointing.

This hotel is a dump! Save your money. It is an old hotel, all the rooms are dirty, I tried changing several room, but they’re all the same. Super dirty super old so bad I would never say that again.

The Hotel is clean, the staff is friendly, the free breakfast was top tier for America. The only downfall was the bed, it was far too soft for my liking, we did not sleep very well.
