Orlando-loma ei ole tÀydellinen ilman viehÀttÀvÀÀ, asiantuntevasti suunniteltua huvilaa soittamaan kotiin koko loman ajan. Onneksi tÀmÀ on vain lippu, jossa on kymmenen tilavaa makuuhuonetta, teemalla lastenhuoneet, pelihalli, kotiteatteri, oma uima-allas ja paljon muuta - kaikki vain minuutin pÀÀssÀ Disneysta!

TÀmÀn talon teemalla varustetut makuuhuoneet ovat kokonaisia nÀyttelymyyjiÀ - alkaen prinsessoista, joissa on linnoja ja amp; fairyland kalusteet. YhtÀ vaikuttava on Galactica-huone, joka on tÀynnÀ lumoavaa seinÀmaalausta ja ylin kerrossÀnky, jota ympÀröi ulkoavaruuden tunnusmerkki.

Love the themed decor!

Our stay was incredible - the staff were so friendly & helpful. The rooms were very clean and tidy and the kids loved the themed décor. The mini cinema was wonderfully cozy, while the house could comfortably accommodate all sixteen of us. Communication with guest services was always prompt & efficient.

Awesome Family House

We had 12 people - 8 adults and 4 kids and there was plenty of space and activities for everyone. The kids rooms were fun and the arcade/upstairs play area were a big hit with the little people. Be sure to bring extra toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags. They give you a “starter” amount which goes fast. The theater was another great feature. We definitely recommend this house!

Property as described

We had 4 generations of family staying. The house is pretty much as shown in the photos. The grandkids LOVED the themed rooms and all of the games. The house was clean except the carpets. They were dirty and stained. The shower heads also needed replacing to spray correctly. Thankfully most of the house is hard surface floors. Kitchen was well stocked except they need more plastic cups to use around the pool. We just bought solo cups for the week. It was nice having two fridges, two washers, two dryers and two dishwashers. Also we loved all of the seating available around the pool. Minimal hiccups and all were resolved except getting the theater room working correctly took several days. They lowered the hot tub temp for us and were quick to respond to calls/texts. They did check in with us to make sure everything was going well. Watch for poorly marked parking areas in this neighborhood if you are returning at night. The towing company tells of “trap” parking spots that look lined at night but by day you can see they attempted to eliminate some spots with coverage you can see through when headlights hit it. It was an expensive and time consuming tidbit to learn at 4 am on departure day.

Dirty, torn curtains and hooks, stains, broken shower door, tv's not usable, stained duvet, top of dryer and iron rusted, dishwasher rack pulled out completely and handle held together with tape, torn screens in pool area, AND roaches. Never stay here again

You gonna love it

This was a beautiful place for me and my family of 20. The only complaint I have is the carpet had stains( master bedroom ) and no skillet at all and the cooking utensils need an upgrade. We decided to stay here because we went to Disney World with our 8 grandchildren and other family members. Within 1 hour at Disney, our grandchildren wanted to leave and go back to the resort. You will also love the lazy river there and a shout-out to the Dj- Wednesday 11/02/22đŸŽ¶đŸŽ¶đŸ˜Ž I will definitely be back to visit!

I would never ever come back. The house is dirty, bedsheets filthy, games don’t work, carpet dirty.

The bedsheets were dirty, it had paper in the bed and stains on the sheets, the carpets are dirty, both fridge don’t get cold, the ice machine doesn’t work, some of the games don’t work. The A.C wasn’t working, I ordered a grill for the week, it was not there. I had to call several times a day just about everyday. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I called about the air hockey game three times, they sent a tech out, he told me the A.C tech is going to come fix the game. I called and told them, they said they will send someone, no one never came, so I called again and the lady told me oh they are waiting on a part to come. I read the reviews, and apparently the game has been broke for so long. Just don’t waste your time and money on this house. And I already know what they going to say, they’ve changed their cleaning crew and and now doing good, don’t fall for it.

Great place to stay for a large group

Great place to stay for large groups (we had 12 adults) with plenty of space. Game took was really fun and the two refrigerators was very handy ! As some stated, parking more than 2 cars is a little bit of a pain but not TOO bad. There were a few washer pods for the dishwasher, a couple trash bags and laundry pod.

Very roomy for a big family

Overall it was a good experience. The house was clean and very comfortable for our large family. When we got there we noticed that there was a coffee maker but no coffee pot, had to go out and purchase a new coffee pot. I was told I would be reimbursed, but I haven't yet.A few of the games in the gameroom were unoperatitonal, which was disappointing for the 9 kids with us.

The TV was a little too advanced for us but the kids had their way with it in no time. Theme rooms were loved by our kids. I would recommend the place by Villatel.

Disney Vacation

Property was as advertised. The parking was good for our November vacation. Renters should be able to access the property using the resident side after being processed on their first day. This would reduce the backup of cars on Pine Tree Trail during peak traffic periods. The air hockey table and the driving game were not working correctly. Overall we were satisfied with the property and the amenities and the children really enjoyed the pool at the clubhouse.

Nice Getaway!

Loved staying at this property! We had a great time. We had some minor issues including the five car only rule & the security harassing us, but overall the property management took care of other requests for us. Would stay with them again!

Be Aware

Overall the house was a good space for our family. Bathrooms were plentiful which was definitely one reason we chose the place. And the pool was nice. Everyone loved that.. But our house code stopped working and it took 3 days to get it corrected. We had to leave a door unlocked to get in if we went somewhere. The air hockey table did not work and did not get fixed. The karaoke machine didn't work but it did get fixed. We had to buy cue tips and chalked for the pool table and sticks. Bolts was missing off toilet seats. No backs on some of the remotes. My brother in law fixed the vent on the dryer on the 2nd floor because it wasn't attached. The Foosball table wasn't put together right either. And probably the worst thing was the A/C. It could not keep up. Especially the upstairs. As the week wore on the downstairs didn't keep up either. It was very uncomfortable. They took a look and the air filters had not been changed in only God knows how long. Which definitely effects how the air-conditioning works. We would not stays here again. It's a nice house and could be great place to stay if they actually took time to keep up with it.. but what you pay and what is described and what you get, it's not worth it.

Family Love

We had a 10bdrm, 11+ bthrm home. It was perfect for our group of 17 adults and 4 kids. It was spacious, clean, comfortable and inviting. We had some minor issues but when we called we received IMMEDIATE attention. It was an absolutely fabulous vacation. We will be back!!! Thank you Thank you Thank you

Great Vacation Choice!

The property, location and amenities did not disappoint! My group loved our vacation. Minor problems, (such as the hockey puck was stuck), were found but once reported they were fixed immediately and/or documented. Highly recommended. We had a group from 70+ years old to 2 years old in our rental home. Fun for all.
