Sleeping arrangements

The home welcomes up to 10 guests across 4 bedrooms and 8 beds. Downstairs you’ll find a kids’ bedroom sharing a bathroom, while the master bedroom offers its own private bathroom. Upstairs hold two additional bedrooms and a second shared bathroom. Bed linens, extra pillows, blankets, and room‑darkening shades are provided for a restful stay.



Outdoor living

A fully fenced backyard frames a heated pool that stays inviting year‑round, plus a grassy lawn for games or quiet moments. An outdoor dining table and charcoal BBQ grill let you enjoy meals al fresco, and the private setting keeps children safe while you unwind.



Kitchen & dining

The full kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, stainless‑steel electric stove, stainless‑steel oven, and dishwasher. Cooking basics are stocked, and a breakfast nook beside a separate dining area creates a comfortable spot for family meals.



Living spaces & amenities

The spacious living area offers ample seating for movie nights or relaxed conversation. A TV and a themed playroom add entertainment options for all ages. Central air conditioning and heating keep the interior comfortable, while an in‑unit washer and dryer simplify longer stays. Family‑friendly touches include a pack ’n play or travel crib, high chair, children’s dinnerware, books, and toys.

Getting Around:

Renting a car is the best way to get around and explore Orlando/Kissimmee. You'll have free designated parking when booking our property.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



If you would like to add pool heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
