HOUSE RULES:

- The most important rule....enjoy yourselves! :)

- Trash must be placed in the carts outside and brought to the curb on the correct day.

- DO NOT leave outside doors and windows open (Florida is hot, the a/c will stop working and you`ll have insects, or lizards visiting you indoors.

- Accidents happen. Inform us immediately about any damage. This way we can ensure the house remains in perfect condition for all our guests.

- To ensure maximum cleanliness for all our guests we ask that no shoes, food, or drinks be allowed in bedrooms.

- No pets: Although we love pets and animals, unfortunately we cannot accept your pet into our home, because we have other guests and owners who are allergic to animals.

- No parties or gatherings of groups larger than the confirmed reservation total. Be mindful of the noise level for our neighbors.

- No tape, adhesives, or anything sticky allowed on walls, furniture, stair railings etc.

- Remotes controls must be left in the rooms they belong to. Please do not remove or steal any remote controls or electronic devices. Additional fees will apply if anything is missing.

- Remove any leftovers from the refrigerator or any other personal belongings before check-out.

Pool and spa heating is currently not a available.



No additional charge for BBQ Grill, but...

- We do not guarantee propane gas, but the tank can be traded in to the nearest convenience store.

- Please clean the grates after every use with the provided grill brush, and turn off the propane gas.
