The Space:

Soft morning light spills across the pool deck as you settle into the day, the calm of ChampionsGate surrounding you. Evenings invite you to unwind in the hot tub while the air stays warm and steady, a reminder that Central Florida’s climate welcomes outdoor moments year-round. Whether you spend the day exploring nearby parks or relaxing inside the villa, the space is designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and enjoy time with the whole family.



Sleeping arrangements

With 6 spacious bedrooms and beds for up to 13 guests, the villa offers room for both gathering and privacy. Downstairs, a master bedroom with a king bed features an ensuite bathroom, while a queen bedroom also includes its own ensuite. Upstairs, you will find another king bedroom, a double bedroom with 2 double beds and a shared Jack & Jill bathroom, a bunk room with a twin-over-double bed connected to the same Jack & Jill layout, and an additional master bedroom with a king bed and ensuite. Each room provides comfortable linens, clothing storage, and the essentials you need for a restful stay.



Living areas

Two inviting living areas give everyone a place to spread out. The main family room offers a flat screen TV and seating where you can settle in after a long day. A dedicated workspace and reliable wifi support guests who need to balance relaxation with remote work. The game room brings extra energy to the home, offering entertainment for all ages.



Outdoor living

Step outside to your private pool with an option to add heat, along with a hot tub that creates an easy retreat at any hour. Furnished patio space allow you to enjoy Central Florida’s steady warmth without leaving the property. The private entrance and quiet neighborhood feel make the pool area a comfortable extension of the home.



Kitchen and dining

The large full kitchen is equipped with what you need to prepare meals with ease, including stainless steel appliances and cooking basics. Indoor and outdoor dining areas provide flexibility whether you choose quick breakfasts before the parks or slower dinners together at the end of the day.



Resort access

Guests have free access to the community water park, lazy river, amenity center, and clubhouse at The Retreat at ChampionsGate. Additional facilities include a fitness center, movie theater, games room, playground, volleyball courts, an 18-hole golf course, driving range, putting green, 6 clay tennis courts, and tennis clubhouse. Resort access makes it simple to enjoy a full day of activities without leaving the area.



Neighborhood

Located in the Four Corners area, the villa sits close to world-renowned attractions. Disney is a 20-minute drive away, Universal Studios is approximately 28 minutes, and SeaWorld is about 25 minutes. Dining and shopping options are also within easy reach, giving you plenty of choice throughout your stay.

From spacious bedrooms to thoughtful amenities like a washer, dryer, pack 'n play, high chair, and outdoor space, the home is designed to support both convenience and connection. Whether you are planning theme park days or quiet moments at the pool, this villa offers a comfortable home base for your entire stay.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home, as well as complimentary access to resort amenities.



The Neighborhood:

ChampionsGate is a gated masterplan community in FL. Enjoy a recreation-rich lifestyle with lavish amenities, including world-class golf courses, and nearby access to Orlando’s theme parks, like Disney World, along with shopping and dining at Posner Park. Plus, travel is a breeze with close by transportation and proximity to both I-4 and 27 freeways.



Play a round of golf or revel in fine-dining at a top-rated restaurant. Regardless of your interests, The Retreat at ChampionsGate promises endless enjoyment for everyone in your family.



Getting Around:

Feel safe and right at home when you enter the resort, which is located within a gated community and secured by a 24-hour security guard. Parking can accommodate up to (2) vehicles in the driveway parked side to side, and up to (1) vehicle on the street in front of the property.



The garage has been converted into a game room. Therefore, indoor parking is not available.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
