We paid for the breakfast and it had flies all over the place. After speaking with service desk, i was informed to speak with Expedia since we can not do anything. Elevators are extremely dirty. Lobby smells like crap and no air conditioner working in the lobby anywhere. This is shame on Hilton brand who gives franchises to these type of people who doesn’t care. I will not recommend staying anyone there and especially don't pay for breakfast. Even Expedia is lying that hotel is great for exceptional breakfast (which is litterly full of flies). Worse experience ever.

We stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Orlando at SeaWorld for one night (Feb 20–21), and the experience was unacceptable. We called the front desk because the shower was dripping and the bathroom floor had visible hair and was not properly cleaned. Maintenance came in, adjusted the shower, and left without addressing the cleanliness issue. When we tried to shower, we couldn’t properly turn on the water, and the bathroom floor remained dirty. I went back to the front desk and was told someone would be sent again. After waiting about an hour, I had to call back, and the response was dismissive, as if the request had been forgotten. We requested a room change. In the second room, we found pubic hair on the bedsheets. At that point, it was clear this was not an isolated oversight but a serious housekeeping failure. To make matters worse, as we were leaving, we found a roach in the room. That was the final confirmation that cleanliness standards are not being properly maintained. I do not understand how this property maintains an 8.0 rating on Hotels.com. The conditions we experienced were far below what is expected from a Hilton-branded hotel.
