El hotel es excelente, todo se ve nuevo recientemente remodelado y muy moderno. Cerca de los parques pero lejos del ruido. Area bonita y tranquila. Tienen desayuno disponible. El servicio del personal fue bueno. Nuestra estadia fue de 7 dias, asi que los primeros dias todo fue bien, pero ya luego cuando limpiaron el cuarto no dejaron suficientes toallas, ni vasos para el cafe ni coffee pods. Cuando fui al counter a decirle a la muchacha, me dijo con actitud que no habia cafe y que no lo habian ordenado. Tuve que ir al otro dia por la mañana al restaurante a buscar cafe. Nada grave.

The hotel was very nice in general. It was very disappointing. That room service was every other day, they charge for parking even though they have their own parking lot, and they don’t have regular coffee. It is a coffee with tea. Mix mixture for the Keurig in the rooms. There is also no coffee available throughout the day in the lobby.

All in all the experience was very well for the time that we spent in the hotel. The only thing I would say is the front view of the place. There is a lot in front of it for the grass is pretty over my own. It’s not much of a view, but I know it’s not part of the hotel‘s property.

The hotel was very clean, looked brand new or newly remodeled. The bar was not inviting at all. Bartender seemed to have friends hanging around bar. It showed there was dining service but it wasn’t very well advertised or inviting. My door stuck and was very difficult to open. Once opened and ready to shut, you had to either pull it hard from outside to shut or if inside then you had to push shut. If you did not do either of the door wouldn’t open or shut. I let the front desk know immediately. The lady came up with me and just said this is how it is because they are brand new doors. So that was challenging. Then I opened the black out shade and it immediately came crashing down. I just don’t think it was hung properly. I let front desk know upon check out. The hotel was very clean and the cleaning staff was very friendly in hallway. I wasn’t impressed with front desk staff or bar area at all.
