I thought it was great to be able to get a beautiful hotel at a good price and with a great location - right across from the Disney Springs shopping center with an easily walkable bridge right across the pool center. Very relaxing, fun experience.

Wrong room was given upon check in so we had to rechecking for a different room. Then there were maintenance project going on, creating lots of construction noise but we weren't warned ahead of time and there was no apology when we voiced our noise complaint.

Room wasn't ready, which is understandable, but reception asked us to wait nearby and never checked to see if the room was ready. After 30 minutes I walked up to her to inquire, she didn't remember me! No recollection of our previous conversation, NOT acceptable, I'd be waiting all day for a call back. Has to be a better way.

The staff at check in was not that friendly. He said we got coupons for morning coffee at the Marketplace. We did not. Everyone else got their morning coffee for free with their coupons. We had to pay. He also said we got Wifi, but there was no info about Wifi in our check in info. I had to call to get the password. The room smelled like an old smoking room and it was HOT. We needed maintenance to come up and fix the ventilation just to make it SLIGHTLY better. The stench of old smoke was bad. We have stayed here before and tge stay wasn’t bad. This time I felt like 3rd class citizens relegated to the cheap room. Not impressed. Will think twice about booking here again.

Almost perfect! If you want a place walkable to Disney springs, this is great! Clean and safe too. We had minor problem with the parking card which would not let us in or out; had to call the intercom. Others had no issue. Would definitely stay here again. And Starbucks in lobby is a huge plus.

We always stay at Hilton, but this was one of our favorites. Location!!! The hotel is clean, and the staff is very friendly. I highly recommend the breakfast—it offers a great selection, including plenty of healthy options like fruits and vegetables, which can be rare. However, I wouldn’t recommend the Japanese restaurant located inside. Yes, we’re already planning to return in the spring!
