Clean and comfy

The room was very clean and spacious. Room service came daily to replace towels and make beds. Check in was okay, as there were 2 reservations in my name however, the agent took care of it immediately. Upon checkout, the attendant did not check us out, said he would email me a receipt. I called once I landed back home to make sure all was well. I was not checked out and had been charged for two separate rooms and reservations. I was told only one would be charged and the other would be taken off. It was not taken off. I will go through my credit card company to have it removed. The parking lot was not well lit and we were approached by a homeless man on a bike one evening. The hotel is literally across the street from ICON park and tons of restaurants, which was convenient.

Stayed a couple nights for an event in Orlando. This hotel was newly renovated! The room was huge! It was clean and beds were comfortable. Located right across ICON park. No issues with noise. Will definitely come back and highly recommend!
