great hotel. Very comfortable.

huge room. Comfortable king size bed. Large couch. Has fridge and microwave, large safe. Walk in shower. Really nice. I was surprised at how big it was. The hotel has a shuttle to Universal studios that runs 4 times a day. Outdoor pool but it was too cold outside so I didn’t use it. Also has gym equipment.

Staff said room would be cleaned and sheets changed after 3rd night. That didn’t happen. I asked front desk to change sheets the 4th day, they said they would. I left a few tissues in bed linens near feet; both beds. I put dirty towels and trash out next day. They re-stocked towels and put new liners in trash cans. That’s it! Lazy lazy staff!

Nice and clean

Great location with shuttle to the Universal Studios. The room was spacious, nice and clean. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was okay, at least had fruits as options.

A great option for anyone looking to enjoy Universal Studios. It’s very close and offers transportation to the park. The staff is very friendly, and the breakfast is excellent and included. I would definitely return!

We loved our room, very spacious and clean. Confused about the bar and dining area, seemed to be strictly for breakfast. Sign advertised a happy your but they had a very slm selection of drinks and the food advertised they did not have. We went next door for food & drinks.

Nice large room and good breakfast. Also very close to universal studios and islands of adventure. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The only issues were the bathroom and noise. The bathroom is very very small and the room door doesn’t close well, so you can hear everything that’s happening outside and the door also moves whenever another room opens or closes a door.
