Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was ok. An example, there is no regular sugar for coffee and staff just shrugged it off, as opposed to walking across the parking lot and getting sugar. Otherwise, the place was great.

Room is always great, the location is perfect. You can be at the outlets in five minutes. Universal in five minutes and food. Can be Uber from Orlando in 20 minutes.

Bathroom was just a little weathered but other than the bathroom the rest of the place was amazing. Great staff and easy to get around only other issue is upper and door dash liked to deliver to the Hyatt next to it. Lol

Room was clean and staff was great! But i wont be back due to having to pay for parking. The room cost wasnt cheap and then on top of it, found out parking was extra when I got there to check in. They should have that in an email or advertising unless i missed it. I wouldnt have stayed if i knew that. $25 a night is crazy but everything else was fine.

I expected more for a 9.0 rated hotel. It was pretty average, doesn’t includes parking neither breakfast, and isn’t sparkly clean. When we returned to the room from a long day, the bathtub didn’t seem to be cleaned up. Not even a superficial cleaning. Personally I wouldn’t recommend it, because there seems to be better options in the area that are more or less in the same price point like the Spark by Hilton. Nevertheless, the front desk personnel it’s pretty good at their job.
