Dèjá Blue Retreat on hiljattain remontoitu kahden makuuhuoneen huoneisto, jossa on kaikki mitä tarvitset unohtumattomaan lomaan!

Minuutin päässä Walt Disney Worldistä, Margaritaville Resortista ja heti tärkeiltä moottoriteiltä (I4). Tässä erittäin trendikkäässä huoneistossa on kaikki mitä tarvitset rentouttavalle lomalle, työmatkalle tai suuren perheen lomalle.

Nauti mannermainen aamiainen yksikössä, WiFi, kaapeli ja ROKU. Täyden palvelun baari, ravintola ja upea uimaranta uima-allas taaperoystävällisellä uima-altaalla ja mukavuuksilla.

Breakfast is NOT included, although mentionned in the propoerty listing. Communications with the property owner was terrible. She is unresponsive & disorganized. She sent the cleaning staff to clean the condo 2 days before check-out and ask me to provide prrof of duration! The condo is in serious need of maintenance. A/C closet was moldy, the air filter was filthy and needs replacement, the kitchen appliances and utensils are dirty and/or unusable. Only 1 key & fob for the condo.

Our stay at this condo was honestly one of the worst rental experiences we’ve ever had.From the moment we arrived, it was clear the property was not properly maintained or cleaned. There was visible black mold on the walls and even inside the HVAC/AC unit, which shockingly had no air filter installed at all. The vents were rusty and corroded, and there was standing water near electrical components, which felt extremely unsafe.The bathroom was absolutely disgusting. The shower drain was completely clogged with a massive amount of hair, to the point where we actually had to call a plumber to remove it. It was obvious it hadn’t been cleaned properly in a very long time.The so-called “remodel” looks like it was done as cheaply as possible. Everything from the finishes to the fixtures looked rushed and low quality. The furniture felt like the cheapest possible pieces someone could buy, uncomfortable and worn.Most concerning of all, the conditions actually made us feel sick. Between the mold and the poor air quality from the filthy HVAC system, we didn’t feel safe staying there. We ended up paying 700 to change our flights just to leave early.To make matters worse, the owner was extremely rude and dismissive when we raised these issues instead of showing any concern.We rent vacation properties regularly and have never had an experience like this. I would strongly advise future renters to look elsewhere.

The condo was on the 4th floor and there was no working elevator. We contacted the host without any responsse to the issue.We stayed ten nights.The condo was clean, nicely furnished, well stocked with basics for when you arrive. There were no lamps in the bedrooms or living area. It could do with some maintenance in the shower and closet lights not working.

False advertisement

False advertisement. The owner changed check in and check out time after reserved. I contacted her twice to get check in info and so did vrbo before she finally gave us check in info 1 hour after we were suppose to check in. We talked to our neighbors who were renting from same person and they had even more problems then us. Will never stay with her again. The resort is nice just not her rentals. The listing states continental breakfast which they disconnected 4 years ago but never updated listing supposedly. No wash clothes, laundry detergent, or utensils for a family of four to eat. Couldnt get into pool area due to no card. Contacted owner and nothing was fixed despite saying she would. Black mold in shower. Vent in bathroom so dirty that it would not work.

The property wasn’t all that clean I clean a little before I settled in the host was very poor at communicating with me upon arrival I could not access the apt I had to call Vrbo around 20 times to get in contact with the host just to get into the apartment after I arrived didn’t get into the apt until about 3 hours later it smelled like a smokers house even though it stated no smoking on premises if

Great month’s stay

We really enjoyed Melissa’s condo Deja Blue. Quite pretty inside and quiet surroundings. Beds are comfortable, plenty of towels available, most things you need for a stay are provided. A few things in the condo could be updated but overall we had a great month in this unit and love the Champions Gate area for walking and dining.

Nice and cozy

The condo was very cozy I mean every time we go to Florida we just pretty much just go back to sleep barely spent time in it but, the condo was able to accommodate us nicely. I wasn’t to happy with the pool area I mean it was nice but could had been cleaner no smoking is allowed but there was a group of people smoking cigarettes and weed while we have our little kids at the pool, there were also a group of teens and younger kids taking over the hot-tub for 4 hrs straight not allowing anyone else to enjoy it. I called the front desk and made them aware of the situation but no one came outside to address this issue at all. I hope that this issue gets resolved and that the resort rules get inforced
