There is so much wrong with this property. Lets start with the good the pool it's a central courtyard setup so you can be out of the sun. Next good is free ev charging. Now the bad, the room is lacking in space furniture and light. Mine was a king and fold out great all you got past that was 3 shelves two were suppose to be nightstands but very low about a foot tall and had a couple tiny lamps on them. The third was a shelf under the TV with the phone on it. Past that a couple built ins (no closet) housed the tiny fridge only (no freezer). One overheard light was harsh. The window is 1/4 the width of the room letting little light. Overall it was a dark cave with no place to sit put anything own or eat at past the beds themselves. Nothing at all like the picture. Bathroom two issues the sink is the new bol on table style great but the faucet is huge and pretty much covered in spit from anybody brushing their teeth. It's ok the shower is worse glass partition water literally comes over and around it with nobody in the shower, all over the bathroom with somebody in it. My elbows touched the wall and glass and I'm 5 11 so not a giant. Room service there is none, they say every 3 days. TV deserves special mention. They lock away the HDMI port so you forced to use their system but have to use your accounts. Even then ads are adding in that are very loud and repetitive. Its a flush mount and does not move so hard to see from the kids pull out.

I had such a pleasant stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, everything felt welcoming and well taken care of. The rooms and common areas were spotless, which made my stay feel extra comfortable and relaxing. One of the highlights was definitely the breakfast service—everything was fresh, delicious, and a great way to start the day. The staff was attentive and made sure guests had what they needed. Overall, a wonderful experience that I’d happily recommend to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable stay with great service!

We stayed at this hotel as a family of four for 7 nights and had a decent overall experience. The beautiful pool was definitely a highlight, and the room itself was modern and clean. The staff were friendly and accommodating, which we appreciated. However, there were a few issues. We had reserved a one-bedroom unit but were initially given a studio. When I brought it up with the front desk, they were able to resolve it, but I had to pay extra to upgrade to the room I originally booked—which was disappointing. The kitchenette was also a bit limited, as it didn’t have a toaster or a small stove, which would have been helpful for a family staying an entire week. Additionally, the sofa bed was quite small for two people, making it a bit uncomfortable for our kids. While there were definitely some positives, a few improvements could have made our 7-night stay more comfortable for a family of four.

Definitely returning here again and making it staple when staying in Orlando , customer service was outstanding, pool sauna and hot tubs was very clean and tidy. The whole hotel smells like luxurious perfume . And morning breakfast options was perfect. Rate 20/10

Parking lot does fill up fast. But I’m pretty sure once the construction is done it’ll be more parking. This is my favorite hotel to stay when visiting Orlando.

The hotel was clean, safe, and the staff were very helpful. Unfortunately, what we booked was not available. The lazy river was not available because they were still constructing it. They also did not have the shuttle to the parks available. Everything else was as booked. Great king-size beds and spacious rooms.

I absolutely love everything about this property, it’s beautiful, very clean, the staff is amazing and attend to the guests in a timely manner! It’s in the middle of everything, shopping centers and plenty of food options! I will definitely be visiting again soon!
