Thought we was going to be scammed to a rinky dink

The King bed was firm. Our backs started hurting after 2nd night. But the rest of the experience was very good. We would like to try another style of room with a softer bed. If you look up this hotel by google earth. You might get old pictures of the property. You will be amazed when you pull up to the front all the way through the building. It is very different from most hotels. That's why it's called a boutique hotel. You will be in ahw if you never stayed at a boutique hotel before.

While the hotel has been 100%remodeled and looks beautiful. Im not sure i would go back. I was unaware of a 14.99 charge for each car parked which they said was because i used Expedia to book. The front desk person sent us to the complete wrong side of the hotel to find our room. This normally wouldn't have been an issue except that i have a lot of issues with my knee and can't walk far distances. When we did find the room on the opposite side, we found that the TV was not workingso again we had to speak to front desk. We did like the king beds and i personally loved whatever pillows they use. Beautiful properties but staff should know the layout of hotel before sending people to find a room that isnt there. Oh also , ive never ever been charged $150 incidentals fee at any other hotel or resort

Place and rooms were great. Elevator placement is horrible though.....only on one side of the building. And of course our rooms were on the other end. Resturant was not availble at all hours, and the hotel does not allow for outside food or beverage near the pool. Pool was excellent. TV lost communication on the second day and it was reported but never fixed. We plan to return and the value for the money is well worth it.

There is no conditioner,or moisturizing lotion and no paper towels in the kitchen. No kitchen appliances or knifes or plates. The elevators are situated in an unsafe place difficult to get in and out. Terrible service
