Staff was great. They charge extra for early check-in, parking, and breakfast. They also use a very strong scented air freshener. Otherwise, the property was very nice and the staff was super friendly.

I did not know you have to pay for parking or that 150.00 deposit even if you pay for the room in full. That upset me. However staff was so nice and accommodating the food was amazing and the pool so clean and crisp and the sauna i felt like a million bucks after.

The hotel was nice and clean, staff very nice and professional. The pool is great. The only reason I will NEVER stay here again is the bed felt like a sack of rocks on top of the squeakiest frame. I wish this wasn’t the case otherwise I would highly recommend.

We stayed at the Kompose for just over two weeks and had a very good experience overall. We booked one of the suites, room with kitchenette and dining area. Front desk team were excellent, dealt with any issues promptly and were very helpful, the catering team were helpful and welcoming too. The only slight issue we had was the cleaning of our rooms, but again once we raised this, the room was fully cleaned with clean towels etc provided. Breakfast food selection was good, with fried breakfast, pancakes and cereals all available on self service basis. Pool area wasn't overly busy so we were also able to get frequent quiet time at the pool. We would certainly stay again here, it's pretty central for the Disney parks and only 25 or so minutes to universal, so nicely located.
