There is no conditioner,or moisturizing lotion and no paper towels in the kitchen. No kitchen appliances or knifes or plates. The elevators are situated in an unsafe place difficult to get in and out. Terrible service

We stayed at Kompose Resort Hotel for six nights and were left very disappointed. The television broke down multiple times, including within the first ten minutes of checking in. Basic services advertised on Expedia, such as a computer station and laundry, did not exist. The “restaurant” had very limited options and overpriced drinks, though the pizzas were admittedly good. The worst issue was housekeeping. Rooms are supposedly cleaned every three days, yet our scheduled service never occurred. On 28 August, we returned to find stained sheets, dirty floors and an uncleaned bathroom. After complaining, staff promised it would be sorted, but only a half-hearted attempt was made — the same stained sheet had simply been flipped. Even after the manager supposedly cleaned the room, the same sheet reappeared tucked in on our final night. Service overall was poor, and I personally witnessed staff encouraging a guest who had just checked in to leave a 5-star Google review in exchange for free items — clear review farming. The only positive was that two front desk employees (one French, one from Long Island) went out of their way to help me print urgent documents when the non-existent business centre left me stranded. Overall, Kompose markets itself as a 3-star resort but fails to meet even 2-star standards. Between false advertising, inadequate cleaning and manipulated reviews, I cannot recommend this hotel. Save your money and stay elsewhere.

Very close to Disney, lots of shopping and dining close by, lovely rooms and hall decor, quiet. I didn't read small print about getting charged parking fee or for breakfast because i booked thru expedia so that didn't sit right. I upgraded and paid more for an apartment because i needed to do laundry but the all in one was not functioning properly. I had to call for someone to come up and even shevreally couldn't figure it out. Putting it on auto dry kept machine on for 4 and a half hourscand clothes never dried - extremely annoying. Called for an iron and staff said none available- extremely annoying - i paid for apartment and an iron should be included. At check in 2 other guests ahead of me were complaining. The lady who helped me said your room is somewhere over that way - ummm i understand your place is new but that was ridiculous. Overall i really like the facility and would stay again when lazy river opens oh and i love the later pool hours

I loved the property overall. The only thing that I disliked was the restaurant closing time as well as the charge for incidentals that cannot be used towards anything like the restaurant food, lobby drinks, etc.; only room accidents.

The location is close to many restaurants.. Walmart is a 10 minute walked or 2 minute drive if needed. Conveniently located near Disney parks. All of the staff at the hotel were great. I came in counter with one questionable staff… No complaints. The pool area was beautiful and I wish the lazy river had already been open, but it is set to open soon. Will absolutely come again when in Orlando

Very pleased with our overall experience from the spacious, clean and comfortable room and bed to the basic amenities. The pool was very large and nice for doing laps. The breakfast had a very good variety. Would recommend this hotel and return in the future.
