We call our property "The Hattaway Hideaway" as it truly feels like a hidden paradise in the big city. A half acre gorgeous lakefront property that offers east-facing views of incredible sun rises, moon rises, and Cape Canaveral rocket launches, while the days are filled with a great atmosphere of boaters, water skiing, tubing, and more. Nature lovers are garuneted to enjoy the incredible amount of birds regularly seen here including Bald Eagles, Ospreys, Hawks, Cardinals, Blue Jays, Red Wing Black Birds, Egrets, White Pelicans, and more. The house is just off of I-4 making access to the theme parks and downtown Orlando a breeze. Enjoy a gorgeous sunrise on the dock with your coffee, and get ready for a beautiful day in Orlando!

The property offers amazing amenities along with the great views and atmosphere. We have paddleboards and kayaks ready for you to explore the lake on! Of course there is a beautiful 8-foot deep pool over-looking the lake (with a child safety fence) along with a hot tub. If you plan to host a get-together, you're sure to appreciate the large circle driveway which offers ample parking! The house itself is ready for you to lay back and enjoy an open living room/kitchen area perfect for relaxing. The large 4K Smart TV on a black wall creates a movie-theater atmosphere in the evenings. The home has 3 bedrooms, 2 with Queen beds, and one with a twin over full bunkbed. The full kitchen with new appliances is great for cooking and the large island makes hosting a great experience. The back porch features a dining table, and two hammock chairs overlooking the lake as well as a TV. The laundry room was recently remodeled and we have a brand new washer/dryer for you to use as well.

This is Florida and it does get hot!! We provide some sunscreen for you to use, and keep in mind the new refrigerator offers filtered water (and craft ice balls for cocktails!) We absolutely love this property and we're sure you will too! The location takes it over the top, being surrounded by everything you need including: Whole Foods, Publix, Total Wine, AMC Theaters, Cranes Roost Park, Urban Air, the Mall, and tons of dining! If you're headed to theme parks, the property is a stones throw off of Interstate 4. Merge on to I-4 and you're at downtown Orlando in under 15 minutes and theme parks in 30!

My family and I only stayed for one night but Kurt and Hannah were great hosts (great communication, easy access, very accommodating), and their sweet house had everything we needed: great family room seating around a flat screen television, three comfortable bedrooms (queen with en-suite bathroom, queen, and bunk single over double); baby equipment (travel crib, high chair, stroller), and Beautiful outdoor accommodations (enclosed patio, large pool in a lovely yard on the lake). We were not there long enough to take advantage of all the amenities, but the kitchen is well stocked and there's also a hot tub, a seating area on the deck overlooking the lake, and kayaks. The house is well appointed with sweet little touches (e.g. a jar of Keurig coffee pods next to the Keurig, different hand soaps at each sink, nice shower gels and shampoos, Mickey Mouse stickers on the new toilet paper rolls in each bathroom). We had a Lovely stay!

The place was amazing! We enjoyed the long weekend here fishing off the dock and using the pool. The house was very clean and well-equipped. We also appreciated that pool towels and floats we're provided as well. The mornings we're so peaceful on the lake. Thank you for a great weekend!

We were only in town for 1 night but couldn't have been more pleased. The house was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool. Morning coffee on the dock by the lake was so peaceful. We would definitely stay here again.

My wife and I absolutely enjoyed this property. The views were absolutely stunning and we spent most of our time out on the dock watching all the activity. Kitchen and grill area are very nice, with the overall property being in great shape. The shower in the master bath was a nice touch for sure. We wish we stayed longer.

A perfect hideaway!

A special amazing place
