The Villa at Davenport is our beautiful vacation home located in Orlando, Florida.
The property is situated in an ideal location allowing convenient access to all the theme parks and other Orlando attractions.

This is really ”your home" and is highly recommended for the guest who appreciates style, quality, comfort and convenience. Whether you plan to stay a few days or a few weeks your comfort is guaranteed. Everything you would need can be found at this property. This spacious home consists of 4 gorgeous bedrooms to accommodate up to 8 people.

The main room of this home has a formal living room and dining room with seating for 6. There is an open kitchen, dining nook (seating for 4) and family room area. The kitchen is fully equipped with large and small appliances, as well as dishes, cutlery and pots and pans.

The family room has a flat screen TV and a patio door to the screened in pool and lanai.

There are 2 master bedrooms. 1 has a king size bed en-suite bathroom and walk in closet the other master have a queen size bed en-suite and walk in closet. There are 2 more bedrooms and 1 bathroom. One bedroom with two twin beds and another room with a full sized bed.

The pool area is big and private! The pool can be heated at an additional cost.
The garage is a game room which includes a pool table and a foosball table.
You will love coming home to this villa after long days exploring the theme parks and Florida shopping. Enjoy peaceful evenings in this quiet, safe, and gated community.
