The room was perfect for what we needed. The common areas were fun and clean and people were very friendly. FYI pillows are a little flat so I’d recommend bringing another one. Also the rules were very upfront but it was surprising to see how dirty the floors were when we were told to not wear shoes and some areas of the room could have used a dusting. We did have a light that was broken but they were very responsive and helpful throughout this experience. Would stay again.

Esto es una farsa, no es un hotel es una casa, cuando llegamos ya había personas en el lugar, parece que toman la casa para rentar habitaciones. Tengo fotos que tomé desde fuera probando que eran la misma foto de la piscina que muestran en Hotels.com, Nos dijeron que no estaba disponible. A la entrada del complejo residencial nis dijeron que era una casa que rentaban por rbnb. La casa no por habitaciones separadas. Ya hablé con mi banco y mi pago está en disputa. Jamás volveré a utilizar los servicios de Hotels.com
