Condo is located on the second floor, (please note, there is no elevator).

Doors lead to an oversize Patio which can also be accessed from the Master Bedroom.

Go for a swim in one of 4 heated swimming pools, relax in your choice of 6 hot tubs or soak up the Florida sunshine! Located on the shores of Old Lake Davenport, you can enjoy the sand beach, view wildlife from the pier, or relax in a hammock.
