    Overall, the house was nice, but our stay was affected by several issues. We found unwashed dishes in the cupboards, including a cup with mold, along with other cleanliness concerns. We booked expecting a BBQ, but there wasn’t one. We contacted the property twice and were promised responses that never came. The main issue was constant noise and poor security support. Neighbours regularly ignored the 10 p.m. quiet hours with loud conversations, hot tub noise, and marijuana smell. Security was ineffective, at times simply arriving briefly and leaving without action, and we were told to call the police ourselves. The property had potential, but poor cleanliness, weak communication, and unresolved disturbances made the stay disappointing.
