First of the King standard room was not as advertised with all the amenities: it didn't have the microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker etc! When I asked about this issue they said they offer mini fridge upon request which is no where on thr website. They did bring a mini fridge to the room bug it did not work Secondly, they were roatches in the bathroom, halls were unorganized with dirty laundry pilled up on the floor unattended. The hotel is outdated and lastly when we went to check out we waited over 20 minutes for someone and the lobby was totally unattended. Had to leave a note for whomever showed up when we left.

This should be called Motel. Not hotel. Smells like a sh*thouse. No towels, no hair dryers. Refrigerator smells. The floor of the room was sticky. Found hairs on the blanket. Front desk lied about bringing the hairdryer to our room. The phone was disconnected. Nasty and dirty place. DO NOT RECOMMEND this place. You better stay at your car rather than this nasty place.

Property smelled like urine when walking into the building. The hallways smell musky and when we got to our room. I noticed in the bathroom there was black mold all over the walls. If it wasnt extremely late when we got in i would have got a refund and left. Im not sure how housekeeping hasnt noticed it when they clean. The staff at the front desk were very nice but i will not be returning. Wish i could have got a refund and left.

Check-in staff was nice and the only ok part of the hotel. The rooms were incredibly dirty. The bed sheets were stained and dirty and did not look like they had been changed. No towels in the rooms, and were unable to obtain towels when asking for them. The TV’s did not function, alarm clocks did not function. It was loud, dirty and uncomfortable.

This place should be closed down! Mold is visible on the baseboards in the hallway. Opened the door and the smell of mold was so bad I turned around and left.

I'm not going to lie, when my family first visited the hotel, it was a shocked to us. I know what we paid was really affordable compared to other hotels but, I think I didn't realise how much this hotel needs renovation. The gentleman who greeted us was helpful especially when he realise my shock and panic after realising what I had paid for wasn't what I expected. The selection of cribs and mattress shown had seen better days. I think at that point, I felt like I wanted to run away due to the fact that we had just had a long 10hr flight with a toddler that didn't sleep at all, so we were more sleep deprived and just wanted our special request to be sorted prior to our arrival.In the end we got a room which was better to some extent, although in the morning when we finally had got some rest, we realise we had no shower head,no remote for the TV which once provided wasn't working, so the TV had to be replaced and drilled on to the table which came as a shock to my husband and I. Even though there were many challenges, I must say that whenever we needed toiletries or maintenance work to be done such as the bathroom light, the team at the hotel were on it and got it sorted at the end of the day so we were grateful we didn't have to shower in the dark for too long. Location is the best thing about the hotel, everything is close by. I wanted to swim so badly but was disappointed that the pool water looked green so we didn't risk it. Other than that, it wasn't too bad.

Worst place ever

One of the worst hotels I have stayed in. Garbage in the halls. Dirt rooms. First room shower was pointed at the wall and there was no way to have it point to the tub. Second room the toilet wouldn't flush properly and the sink drain was super slow. Maintenance was in twice to fix and were unable to do so. Towels had to be picked up in the lobby. Avoid this hotel.

Decent enough

Staff was great, even if the guy who checked us in wasnt the best with his English. Lobby smelled musty, but seemed clean, and so did the room. The room was very run down though. Damage to the switch plate in the bathroom, as well as one end of the shower rod practically falling out. The bathroom light also almost never turned on straight away though I don't know if that was a bad bulb or wiring. Tv stand also had a really worn-out leg. Did notice some tiny bugs (sugar ants??) that were all around the room, but only a few at a time. Saw a single little roach run across the doorway and vanish (possibly up into the door??) on the morning I checked out. So yeah. Decent enough place, but you are getting what you paid for.

Not safe and uncomfortable

Me and my wife didn’t feel safe at all as the other guests were rough as well as the neighborhood. When we got in the room it was poorly lit with only one ceiling light and no lamps. The outlet near the bed wasn’t working and there no towels and 1 pillow in the room. I had to go to the front desk twice before I got the pillows and towels as they never brought them. The worst part of the stay was the mattress as the floor would have been more comfortable. We go to Orlando regularly and this will not be a hotel we go back to.
