The Space:

Tucked into the heart of one of Central Florida's most popular resort communities, this third-floor condo puts you just minutes from the magic of Walt Disney World while offering a full resort experience right on your doorstep. Whether your days are packed with park-hopping or spent by the pool with nowhere to be, this retreat gives you the flexibility to do it all - or nothing at all.



The space

Step inside through the foyer and into a bright, open layout with tile flooring throughout. The living area centers around a comfortable sofa and large TV - a natural gathering spot after a long day out. Sliding glass doors open onto your private balcony, complete with seating where you can catch the warm Florida air or wind down with a quiet evening drink.



Kitchen & dining

The fully equipped kitchen handles everything from quick breakfasts before an early park open to full meals back at the condo. You'll find a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, and hot water kettle, along with cooking basics, dishes, and silverware. A dining table sits conveniently between the kitchen and living room, keeping the space connected and easy to move through.



Sleeping arrangements

Three bedrooms comfortably sleep up to six guests. The primary bedroom features a queen bed with easy access to the main bathroom. A second bedroom is also furnished with a queen bed, while the third is set up with two single beds - well suited for younger guests. Room-darkening shades, extra pillows and blankets, and quality bed linens are provided throughout.



Bathrooms

Two full bathrooms serve the condo. Both are stocked with the essentials - shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, and a hair dryer - so you can arrive and settle straight in.



Practical extras

An in-unit washer and dryer sit in a dedicated laundry closet, making it easy to pack lighter for longer stays. A dedicated workspace, iron, hangers, and clothing storage are also on hand. Old Town Kissimmee, Gatorland, and The Mall at Millenia are all within a short drive for dining, shopping, and additional attractions.



A note on supplies

Initial supplies are provided for your stay, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, a sponge, dishwasher pods, washer pods, and kitchen towels. For longer stays, you may need to replenish some essentials. Check-in is available from 4:00 PM and checkout is by 10:00 AM.
