There is no supervision on maintenance, the rooms were poor fixed. The A/C were not cleaned. The rug does not have a shampoo in years my foot became black. The locks were damaged. The pool out of service. They offer breakfast but only have coffee, the only reason to select it was they offer brakfast

Where to begin... we were downgraded to begin with because they were too busy upgrading others from a double to king. The facilities were terrible, a trickle of water came out of the taps, the pool is non existent. They couldn't pay me enough to stay there again.

Property was delapitated , dirty, and badly cared for. Nothing like the photos advertized...a complete lie...they should apologize and refund tge money. The advertized free breakfast was a candy bar and self serve coffee. The pool was swamp green with frongs inside. The lower level outside was always flooded from the laundry room. The hallways smelled of Marijuana and you always heard scream noises. The police was always around and it still felt unsafe. A complete disaster and a waste of money. I am very disappointed.

This place is more than a dump. If I could give it 0 I would. Dirty, dumpy, falling apart, no breakfast as was stated on their website. Come to find out, their pool is always closed. Way way bad. Staff was amazing tho.

La habitación fea la puerta parece forzada,nada de jabón, tuve que salir a comprar jabón, 2 toallas solamente, nada de toallas para pies ni faciales,dice que desayuno incluido es mentira,solo una cafetera como las que hay en cualquier recepción de centro de trabajo y hasta susio donde estaba,no había nana pero nada que me llamara la atención, parecía que estaba en la miseria del medio oriente ,mi reservación fue por 2 noches y solamente use una noche porque no me sentía bien,perdí mi dinero, recomendación para el que lea esto no reserven este lugar, gracias

Horrible experience

Do not go to this hotel! Its a fraud. Said Breakfast included, but is a liar. There's terrible condition, a lot of roaches, people using drugs. it's a horrible place. After pay, we go to the room and runs a way!

This "hotel" its a disaster. Nothing was clean. The facility was horrible with almost everything broken. No housekeeping, every time you go ask for towels or toilet paper they didnt have it available. Of course, no breakfast or ice, neither refrigerator or microwave in the rooms. The room door was damage, didnt close well. Overall, it was the most terrible experience that we ever had.

The most horrible experience in Orlando.

I did not stay, we have to leave becausa the hotle is not what looks in the pictures. The room was Dirty and smell marihuana, roaches in the bathroom. Really old furniture, the bed only have 1 sheet with no cover, no towels and there was 3 people sleeping in the hallway. I spoke with Richard, who told me try to get a refaound because its the best room can I get for you and they have problems with homeless people and the police can do nothing about it.

Very Bad experience.

The room smelled bad, it was old, the mattress was full of holes, the floor was dirty, and the bathroom floor was sticky. There were so many cockroaches in the room. I lost count of how many I killed. I couldn't stay in a hotel like that. I immediately cancelled my reservation and asked for my money back.

We got there and first room we were giving had roaches. We tried another room and we seen a super roach the size of a rat. So we tried one more room and thankfully it didn’t have any roaches that we saw. However we did sleep with the lights on. Please re-amp or have a complete restructure

You know it’s bad when the front office staff says “let me show you the room before you check in.” Guy gave me a full refund and on the way to the room he mentioned that 8/10 people don’t check in after seeing the room due to uncleanliness, lack of security and the area being sketchy. Absolutely embarrassing that a hotel under Wyndham would operate like this and allow it to happen. DO NOT STAY HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE.
