The Space:

Soft morning light fills the condo as you step onto the balcony and take in a quiet view of the community. After a day exploring the nearby parks, you can settle into the living area, sink into the couch, and let the ease of the space wrap around you. With Storey Lake Resort all around you, each day can unfold at whatever pace you choose.



Sleeping arrangements

Three spacious bedrooms offer comfort for your group of up to 8 guests. Six beds are available, giving everyone room to recharge between adventures. Two full bathrooms provide convenience for families or groups traveling together, each stocked with bathroom essentials and hot water.



Living areas

The family room creates a relaxed gathering space with a flat screen TV and seating where you can unwind after visiting Disney, Universal Studios, or SeaWorld. Air conditioning and heating support a comfortable indoor environment throughout your stay. A free washer and free dryer in the unit make it simple to refresh clothing during longer visits.



Kitchen and dining

The large kitchen gives you the option to prepare meals at home, equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and cooking basics. Whether you're making a quick breakfast before heading out or winding down with dinner, the space is designed for easy everyday use.



Outdoor living

The private balcony offers a peaceful spot for morning coffee or an evening pause. When you're ready to explore more of the community, Storey Lake Resort provides shared outdoor amenities including a pool, hot tub, lazy river, splash pad, mini golf, and an outdoor playground. Additional features like a shared gym nearby, sport courts, and a canoe or kayak launch add variety to your time on-site.



Resort access and nearby attractions

Your stay includes free access to the community water park and amenity center. From the clubhouse to sand volleyball and the tiki bar, there's always something to enjoy close to home. When you head out, you are a short drive from major Orlando destinations - approximately 12 minutes to Disney, around 20 to 25 minutes to Disney World depending on route, about 20 minutes to SeaWorld, and roughly 25 to 30 minutes to Universal Studios. Nearby dining and shopping options offer plenty of choices within a couple of miles.

Guest Access:

Feel safe and right at home when you enter the gated community with 24-hour security guard. Parking can accommodate up to (3) vehicles in front of the building. Our condo is located on the 4th floor of the building - the building does include elevators to access the condo.



The Neighborhood:

Located right in the heart of Kissimmee. Nestled near the ever-so-beloved Walt Disney World, as well as SeaWolrd Orlando and Universal Studios.



Storey Lake Resort is a gated master-planned resort community that offers convenient access to everything from fine-dining restaurants, spas, health centers, clinics, local transport stations, and shopping destinations all within a short distance drive. The community clubhouse offers a community swimming pool, full-service restaurant, tiki bar, splash pad, sand volleyball, and mini-golf.



Getting Around:

Renting a car is the best way to get around and explore Orlando/Kissimmee. You'll have free parking when booking our property.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
