Very nice hotel

The hotel is in a great location, close to a wide variety of dining and entertainment options. The rooms are clean and the staff was friendly. Keep in mind that Orlando is bustling with kids because of the local attractions, so if you are seeking a quiet/relaxing experience, you may be disappointed. Overall great hotel experience and I would definitely stay there again.

The hotel initially decided to put me on a level with all the high school kids from all around the state there for a competition. For some reason it made sense to the staff to put me between all these rooms full of kids running around and screaming and having fun. After the wake me up by being loud, I asked the staff and they moved me to a quiet level. It’s just very questionable to me as to why I was not put on a quiet level instead of the level full of kids. The rooms smelled musty and were pretty old. I am not sure why this place is so highly rated and expensive. The only positive was the location that is extremely convenient, right next to a bunch of restaurants.

For what the rate is per night, I would expect better mattresses on the bed. As soon as I sat on the bed it sunk in. I ordered a roll away bed for my daughter and you can feel the coils in the mattress without even sitting on it. Whole place needs an upgrade for these prices
