The place is fairly run down for the cost of the stay. Rooms and exterior both could use some refreshing. My digital key never worked on my room and I was given the runaround trying to get another physical key. Bartenders were excellent. Exercise equipment was good - we happy to see they have strength training machines. Market closed early.

the rooms are dated but i was told the hotel will be updated within the next 3 months, so that will be great! the service staff was great and fixed problems quickly! i had to move tooms becuase of the smell in the room. the next room the air conditioner was very loud. i called the front desk and maintenance came right away! he looked at the unit and said he would replace the whole unit at 1030p! older property but they make up for it with great staff! pool was enjoyable!

The hotelā€™s $25 daily parking fee was really disappointing. The hotel was accommodating a t getting us a larger room, however we didnā€™t have enough toilet paper for the weekend, the carpets were really dingy, stained, and held stench . There was a lizard in our room. The bathroom had cracks and the bathtub was sketchy. The hotel has a lot of potential, but is in desperate need of remodeling.

We liked the restaurant, pool area and bar. It was disappointing that was no free coffee for guests available in the lobby, you had to buy it at the Starbucks market located in the lobby.

I had a great stay at this hotel. While the room is SLIGHTLY outdated; it was still nothing horrible. The location and price was great. We didnā€™t spend all day in the hotel room which is why we didnā€™t mind it being a little older. It was clean and was spacious. The pool area was incredibly clean and so was the lobby and surrounding area. The staff at the hotel was amazing and the staff at the outdoor bar was as well. Check-in and check-out was super simple. I was surprised at the low cost for the location. Itā€™s a short drive to Disney World and Disney Springs and within walkable distance to some great places. We didnā€™t have to deal with parking since we got an Uber everywhere so I canā€™t comment on how parking is.

Hotel is quite possibly on the busiest street. Non stop traffic and sirens. Rooms are extremely dated. Switched rooms twice. Only one elevator working. Would not recommend only good side is convenient to Disney springs and Disney.

Iā€™m giving a low rating due to a frustrating check-in experience. We arrived early on a Tuesday morning after a long flight, hoping our room would be ready. At the front desk, I provided my ID and credit card. We had booked a 4-day, 3-night stay, but the receptionist incorrectly read it back as 3 days, 2 nights. I corrected her, and she briefly checked her computer before dismissively saying, ā€œOkay,ā€ as if nothing had happened. She handed us our room keys and told us that breakfast was included, which surprised me because I knew it was an additional charge. To be sure, I asked again, and she confirmed it was free. After dropping off our bags, we went to have breakfastā€”only to be told by the host that our reservation didnā€™t include it. This was already the second inconsistency, and unfortunately, it didnā€™t stop there. Exhausted from travel, we didnā€™t argue and just paid for breakfast. Back in our room, we decided to take a nap before starting our day. A few hours later, we were rudely woken up by a call from the front desk asking to verify my information again due to ā€œissuesā€ with the reservation. They said they would send someone up to check. When they arrived, it was two men who looked intimidating, treating the situation as if we were criminals. They left after confirming my information, and we tried to rest againā€”only to receive another call less than 30 minutes later from the manager, asking us to come to the front desk.
