Hotel staff were nice and rooms were relatively updated. However I did not like that they do not clean your room during your stay. We thought that housekeeping would come and do light cleaning in the day just like most hotels. But this did not seem to be the case at this hotel.

Hot tub was nice but low on water pool was filthy had to ask for it to get cleaned out full of garbage room and hotel was really dirty. 10-15 years prior i would say this hotel was fabulous put it is totally unmaintained. We also had the front desk staff hammering a door open in the room next to us after 2am while helping a guest check in

My apartment (room) was great, loved the space, king size bed in separate bedroom, large bathroom with jetted tub, separate shower, kitchen was fully equipped, spacious living room with dining table and four chairs plus balcony, great view from the 11th floor, great location, only have 1 complaint, there's only 1 entrance into the building

We loved our stay. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The pool was warm which was nice as it was a cold week. Loved tge hot tub and the cabanna bar.

The room could have been cleaner. You would think for a resort that they would have better maintenance but that wasnt the case. There was stains on the couch and yellow stains and rings in the bathtub. The water took forever to get hot and then it didnt stay that way for long. The carpets were nasty and there was a square chunk missing in the middle. The couch had a mysterious stains on it and there was only 1 night stand for a king size bed. Thats weird

clealiness and the location is very close to Universal Studios. About 6 minutes drive. Nice swimming pool. Also voice isolation is god but eventually you cannot control loud people.
