We never stayed at a hotel like Sonder. The online communication and check in instructions were on point. The property was very clean. Our one bedroom suite was well appointed, there was everything we needed to cook a meal. My only complaint about the kitchen was that the coffee maker doesn’t keep the coffee warm. The safe could also be in a more convenient spot, it’s difficult to reach it so close to the floor. I particularly liked the Essentials Closet access. It’s so easy to replenish daily use items. We had a few questions and were able to Chat on your app. They were handled quickly, professionally and efficiently. It would be nice if the snack bar by the pool was open or vending machines installed for late night snacks. We spent two weeks at Sonder at the Point and hopefully we’ll be back again next time we’re in Florida.

Séjour familial tout équipé

Chambre familiale avec 1 chambre avec un King size et un canapé lit. Immense salle de bain avec douche + baignoire. Dispose également d’un cuisine bien équipée et d’un lave linge et sèche linge: parfait pour notre séjour. Points négatifs : hôtel un peu vieillot et les alentours de l’hôtel en travaux (démarrage à 7h du matin!). Rapport qualité prix imbattable! Pas loin des parcs d’attraction.

You have to request to have your room cleaned. The floors were filthy. If you walked barefoot, your feet turned black. They also had a loud wind machine drying the rug the entire time we were there.

There was night construction which was right outside our window and we were on the 1st floor. It was noisy and heard machinery all night.

Not at all worth the price

Water from the sink was always the same lukewarm temp, the shower constantly drips, there was a nasty stained roll of paper towels sitting on the counter when we walked in. The chairs on the balcony were rusted and covered in dirt. The bed sheets felt like paper. The carpet is stained. When we filled the bathtub, dirt and hair rose out from the drain.

Carpet looked like a murder took place. Permanent stains and cut out patches Toilet was leaking in the bathroom. Shower head leaked constantly. These places were decent for the value 10 years ago. Now very run down and disappointing. The surrounding area is all construction

The air conditioning unit in the property was uncomfortably loud and woke me every time it would turn on throughout the night. The elevators were agonizingly slow, to a point where I almost missed an Uber ride due to the long time it took me to get from the 12th floor to the ground level. Also, on the second day of my stay 1 of the 2 elevators broke down and was not in use.

If I had known… I will never choose Sonder again

Not having a concierge or even someone at the front desk, who could answer basic questions for you, is disconcerting at a minimum The person at the front desk was curt and borderline rude when we try to check in and did not understand that we had to use an app Additionally, we had no hot water for the first 3 1/2 days that we were there For part of the time that we were there the elevator did not work There was no where to buy food… Not even vending machines

Not a great stay...Beware. Two elevators of which one was not working during our entire stay. The other broke down at least twice while we were there with my friend stuck inside once for 30 minutes. He had to climb 8 flights at another point. The hot water was inconsistent and also went out while we were there.

If you like taking a cold shower, listening to a noisy AC, and climbing to the 12th floor by the stairs, you should definitely consider Sonder at The Point, and I am not pretending to be a grumble guest. I can understand a hot water outage for a short time, but it lasted for 2.5 days; luckily, I was leaving today, and even after they sent us a message saying everything is okay now, I haven't had any hot water in my shower. Elevator was another problem. When I just checked in, I noticed the elevator was not working correctly - it was just turning off whenever it wanted, and I heard people complaining about it. Yes, they have two elevators in every tower, but another one was out of service for over three weeks, as people said. Yesterday was a nightmare; I waited for over 30 minutes for the elevator. Finally, the AC was a cherry on the pie; it always made a noise, and you couldn't do anything with it. Moreover, it is right next to the bed, so if you don't turn it off before you fall asleep, you wake up with a headache and can't change the temperature, so you either accept 72 degrees or feel the heat because it is hot outside. Another thing: Wi-Fi doesn't have a stable connection, so it is not the best place to work from and take many online meetings. It was my second and, I believe, the last time staying at Sonder property.

Mixed feeling!

The place was nice but the dust on top of the fridge and the hard water ring inside the toilet was a big turn off. The construction was horrendous. I wish there was a heads up on this as I work at night and sleep during the day. Needless to say I barely got any sleep. The ladies I had to interact with, especially Aaliyah... were all very nice and professional.

Nice and quiet place, bed was very comfortable and has everything you need on your stay. The only drawback right now is the construction has the GPS a little messed up and it tries to route you to a parking garage that isn’t connected to the hotel, but not their fault. 10/10
