The Space:

Soft Florida sunshine filters in as you ease into vacation mode, with palm-lined streets, resort sounds, and the promise of theme-park days just beyond the horizon. Mornings begin unhurried, whether you’re sipping coffee indoors or planning the day ahead, and evenings wind down with family gathered together after full days of fun. Everything here is designed for connection, comfort, and easy access to the experiences that bring you to Kissimmee.



The home

This entire home comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests across 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, making it well-suited for families or groups traveling together. The layout spans two levels, offering shared spaces to gather and private rooms to retreat to at the end of the day. The living area provides ample seating for movie nights or relaxed conversation, while ceiling fans and air conditioning keep the space comfortable year-round.



Sleeping arrangements

Downstairs features Bedroom 1, a “Master” with a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom. Upstairs, you’ll find four additional bedrooms: the “Pink” room with a bunk bed, the “Star Wars” room with two single beds, a second “Master” with a king bed, and a fifth bedroom with a king bed. Bathrooms are thoughtfully placed, with three upstairs and an additional half bath downstairs.



Kitchen and dining

The kitchen offers a dedicated space for preparing meals, supported by full kitchen amenities and a dining table for shared meals. Indoor and outdoor dining areas give you flexibility throughout the day, whether you’re starting with breakfast before heading out or sitting down together in the evening.



Outdoor space and resort access

Step outside to enjoy the private pool and patio, a relaxing spot between outings or at the end of the day. Pool heat is available seasonally. As a guest, you also have resort access at Windsor at Westside, including a water park-style pool, lazy river, hot tub, clubhouse, and gym. These shared amenities are a short walk from the home and add variety to your stay.



Location

Situated within Windsor at Westside Resort in Kissimmee, the home is near shopping, dining, and entertainment, with Disney World and other Orlando attractions a short drive away. Major roads like US-192, US-27, and I-4 make getting around straightforward.

The Neighborhood:

An ultimate Family Resort near Disney and other World-Class Attractions. Windsor at Westside is an amazing and sought after community. Expect first-class amenities, some of the best in town! The property is just a couple minutes' walking distance to the clubhouse.



Including all the amenities that make resort-living superb, Windsor at Westside Resort will include a huge resort-style pool, a lazy river, water slides, a separate splash pool, a hot tub, volleyball court, basketball court, and, a huge clubhouse with arcades, Bar & Lounge, and more. In the immediate area outside the resort, you will find ample shopping, dining, and entertainment. And only a short drive further you’ll find all the attractions Orlando is known for, Disney being very near.



Located off state road 192 and US 27, and near I-4, just ten miles from Disney World, Animal Kingdom, and Orlando’s world-famous attractions.



Getting Around:

Feel safe and right at home when you enter the resort, which is located within a gated community. Parking can accommodate (1) vehicle in the back of the home.



The garage is off limits. Therefore, indoor parking is not available.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that washes into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.



We value safety and privacy and that's why we would like to mention we have cameras outside for security purposes, none of them pointing to the pool area.
