The rooms are need of a major update. The kitchen cabinets were peeling and falling apart. Carpet need cleaning. The stay was fine and staff was friendly.

I spent the last two weeks of the year at StaySky Hotel, and overall it was a good stay. The staff was friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout my visit, which really made a difference. The location is ideal and very convenient. However, the hotel is in need of updates. The carpet looked very dirty and had an unpleasant smell, the sofa bed was a nightmare and extremely uncomfortable, and most of the appliances appeared very old and outdated. With some renovations and better maintenance, this hotel could be much better. The staff and location are definitely its strongest points, but the condition of the rooms needs improvement.

The a/c did not work so I was moved to the enclave hotel which is the sister hotel and was told I did not have to pay anything and when I got there I had to pay another deposit. So I had to pay 2 deposits for my trip and also I did not get the same room. I paid for a 1 bedroom with a kitchen and I got a studio with no kitchen. The a/c at first did not work either for the 2nd hotel and the room was small the bed was very uncomfortable. The pull out couch was horrible. My entire stay was very bad. I will never stay here again

Desde que llegue la atención al cliente pésima, luego entras al cuarto y una peste a mariguana super fuerte al igual en los pasillos. Me quede dos noches y no pude dormir en las dos noches, los del cuarto de al lado se pasaban la noche fajados dando gritos. No recomiendo este hotel se hospedan gente de muy baja clase social y malos habitos

It was “okay.” Room was clean enough but just musty as it was old. I felt like my allergies were flaring when I woke up. Breakfast was not being served and there was no notification. The available theme park shuttle was not really helpful as its times/locations were extremely limited. I wouldn’t go back and pay what I paid without an updated room and breakfast.

I booked this hotel so I could go the gym and also have access to breakfast. Online it said they had both however upon arrival the gym and the breakfast were permanently closed falsely advertised very disappointed. When I got to my room my carpet was wet, the walls were filthy and there was curly hair stuck all over the door frame so gross. Plus 3 of the plugs didn’t work. Place needs up keep bad.

The overall stay was good. Easy check in and no real issues with the room. The front desk woman was not friendly but, also not rude. You can see that some rooms are being remodeled, although I think hearing the tools being used all morning was a bit much. Ours was not remodeled and could tell the furniture was old. If we were in a pinch again for a hotel room, I’d recommend.

Nice Stay but outdated.

Room was initially clean, but furniture, TV, kitchen things were all very out dated and old. They were in middle of renovations so maybe they will update the rooms. They also did not have any coffee or breakfast options as that was closed for painting, a little inconvenient. They also did not have enough things for a working kitchen like a sharp knife, old pans etc. But we made it work.
