The room had everything i needed for cooking. It was very spacious and comfy. Associates we all very friendly, and check in was very fast and easy. My only issue was the free breakfast was closed. But overall a very good stay

Kitchen was fully equipped and refrigerator was clean. Rooms were small but comfortable. Breakfast bar was not working while we stayed. Quiet place close to some restaurants and very near to international drive and convention center.

Room was nice and everyone was very friendly. Downfall the water for a shower was only warmish it never got hot. Also they didn’t have breakfast for some reason. But other than that is was nice.

Absolutely terrible! I got two rooms for my son’s birthday party to volcano bay. One of the rooms smelled so bad that we had to go down to the desk and ask for a different room. They refused to move us rooms and offered to spray some air freshener. We went to Walgreens for candles to cover up the smell. The other room any time you showered the shower leaked everywhere bc the shower curtain wasn’t long enough to reach the bottom so water just poured out constantly. The advertised having breakfast and there was none. It was a horrible experience with this hotel and I would not recommend or ever go back.

The property looked nice online. When i got to the property to pay for a Executive bedroom with fully equipped kitchenette and lliving room with sofa bed, it was a basic bedroom with 2 queen beds. No ice machine. Also, i parked in back of hotel. The back entrance was broke so I had to walk to the front entrance. My room was located near the back entrance. The rear door was propt open. That was a security concern.

The room was a good size (one bedroom), so that was awesome, but pull out bed looked old and slightly dirty. Sheets were clean, and beds were comfortable. My son used the small gym and said it was good. One downside was that our smoke detector started beeping at 3 AM (low battery). Overall, a pretty average hotel experience.
