Located in the heart of Kissimmee, this property is easily accessible from Highway 192, with a wide variety of shops and restaurants nearby. This vacation home is just a short drive from Disney World, SeaWorld, Universal Studios, and a host of premium outlets. Dining, shopping, and department stores are all within a 15-minute drive. Sam’s Club is conveniently located just a mile away for any essentials you may need.

The private pool heater is NOT included with your stay. There is a separate fee of $40 per day for the  pool heater to be turned on and It is required to reserve for the number of nights of your entire stay. must be requested with 2 days advance notice. Please note that the water may take up to 24 - 48 hours to heat up. Heaters work through HEAT EXCHANGE and WILL NOT WORK in cold weather. If you still would like to heat the pool during cold conditions and it does not reach the desired temperature, we will not be able to offer a refund.

Trash Removal Services are 7 days per week.
Please have trash in the bin by 7:00 AM daily (please do not place any trash at the curb).
Place any excess bags next to the bin.
All trash must be bagged and tied in 13-gallon kitchen bags, and can’t weigh more than 30 lbs.
Grocery bags are not allowed. Loose trash will not be picked up.
NO Liquids are allowed; please empty all containers and bags properly.
All large and medium-sized cardboard boxes must be flattened and small boxes must be bagged.
Florida law does not allow opened food to be kept in the kitchen or refrigerator so all food items are removed after each guest checks out. Therefore there will be no supply of items such as condiments, coffee grounds, etc. before check-in.

Please note that the internet service is provided by the community/association and not by our company. While it is generally reliable, occasional signal instability or interruptions may occur, and we appreciate your understanding in such cases.
