The neighborhood is quiet, the garage is yours, and Disney is 12 minutes away. Whether you're planning packed park days or a slower-paced family trip, this place is built to hold up either way.



Living space

The open living area is arranged for real relaxation - plush seating, a flat-screen TV, and wide windows that pull in natural light without the glare. It flows naturally into the dining area, giving the whole main floor a connected, unhurried feel. A dedicated workspace is tucked in for anyone who needs to stay connected between outings, and the ceiling fans keep things comfortable whether the AC is running or not.



Kitchen & dining

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook proper meals - refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a full set of cooking basics including pots, pans, oil, salt, and pepper. A coffee maker, toaster, blender, hot water kettle, and wine glasses round it out. Dishes, silverware, and a dining table mean the whole group can eat together without a scramble.

Before you arrive

Self check-in via smart lock - no coordination required. Check-in is any time after 4 PM; checkout by 10 AM. The home comes stocked with a starter supply of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, sponge, dishwasher pods, washer pods, and kitchen towels. For longer stays, you'll likely want to restock some essentials. Free garage parking is on-site, along with private entrance access.
