No parking on streets from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am (2hr parking limit all other times, no repeat parking) No blocking sidewalks or parking on lawns.
Pool crew may be on-site for maintenance. Pool heater available 8 am - 8 pm; $35/day charge after 8 pm for extended use.
We are not responsible for any items left behind. There will be a trip charge of $50 for any additional needs after check-out.

Comfortable Weekend Away

House was nice and clean inside. Other than the pool area the house was very clean. If the pool area was clean and had no tears in screens this had the potential to have been a 5 star review. We were aware of limited supplies so that was not an issue. Owner was upfront with that. Some mattresses could be upgraded but overall not an issue. Carpets in bedrooms should be replaced with laminate or tiles but still not an issue. Great place for a short stay. Neighborhood is safe and close to Disney.
