The property has a minimalist "Jetsons" vibe. Room 2046 was clean and comfortable. Shower/toilet are separate from the sink which is helpful with multiple guests, sink lighting is not good for makeup. Charging ports did not work, perhaps they had a separate switch but I couldn't find it. Also there are two sconces with switches on the fixtures that were hard to find. It was frustrating the first night when we were trying to go to bed. Hospitality at this property was outstanding, and I did this to be true at every Universal Resort touch point.
