This property was lovely! Has very close proximity to epic universe, staff was very nice and welcoming which made the experience great. Had very good amenities but I will note that the dining options are a bit pricey but overall would come stay here again

I really enjoyed the pool. It was very relaxing and not a lot of little kids. I also thought the rooms were clean and very on them for space. I would stay here again.

Family loved this hotel, ideal for Universal Epic

Stayed one night to be close to Universal Epic and to get early entry. Wished we had stayed longer. Kids claimed it’s the best hotel they have ever stayed in (and they have stayed at much more expensive hotels!!). Excellent value for what we paid. Epic is just a few minutes walk.

Not worth the price in my opinion. It is a new property and comfy beds. Didnt like that they clean the room every other day. The only day that they did clean wasnt a detailed cleaning, very superficial not even mopped and took care of stains. Decent pool its walking dostance from epic and has free shuttles to the other parks. I dont think i would stay there again because for the price it wasnt worth it
