Our only negative comment is that we waitedin line for an hour to check in. If you book direct you can check in online. It was easy to find the room. The room was clean. The hotel was surprisingly quiet. There is a good variety of healthy food options. The shuttle to Universal was not worth waiting for if you're entering the park early (we were going to take the shuttle at 7:15 AM) The hotel across the street offers a water taxi that will take you to the park without waiting. The pool, bowling and arcade are clean, fun amenities. We would stay here again.

Hotel was functional. We arrived late afternoon and planned to go to the theme park early in the morning before opening for the whole day. We needed to check out at 11 am so in practice needed to vacate the room before 7PM and get ready for our flight in the car...

The breakfast portions were very small and expensive for what your served better of DoorDashing food to the hotel. Three small slices of French toast and 4 thin pieces of bacon for $15 no drink included home fries were another $6 for just myself a soda or something similar was another $5 so close to $30 for just one person a kids meal is $9 for French toast 3 or 4 pieces of thin bacon comes with a juice box. The overall loved the hotel was not satisfied at all with the food prices or portion sizes didn’t even bother checking out lunch or dinner here after breakfast.

A door to block noise from end of rooms to the food court. It was so loud late into the night and early mornings. Our room was a terrible location. We were in 4102 The shower by the jacuzzi never turned off. Talk about a waste of water!!!

The check-in area was understaffed. It took over an hour to check in. The room I paid for was given to someone else. The person checking me confirmed as he called someone and told me. The property doesn’t do room cleaning except every other day. I was notified about that at check in. Most disappointing is the upgrade I paid for I didn’t get and request a refund for it.
