Clermont, tucked away in Lake County, Florida, is just a stone’s throw from Walt Disney World Resort. The area stands out with its rolling hills and prime spot along Lake Minneola, part of the Clermont Chain of Lakes. If you’re into water sports, fishing, boating, or wakeboarding, this place is a paradise.



You’ll also find plenty of parks to explore, like Lake Louisa State Park, where you can camp, hike, or swim, all within easy reach of Orlando. Golfers are in for a treat too, with courses galore, including the famous Jack Nicklaus-designed course at Mission Inn Resort.



Downtown Clermont is where the action happens, packed with local shops, restaurants, and cafes. Other Things to Note:

• For a smooth and secure check-in experience, all guests may be required to complete ID and Enso Boarding Pass verification before arrival. Check-in instructions will be shared once verification is completed. Thank you!



• The clubhouse and community facilities are currently under construction, so access is not available at this time.



• Pool maintenance is scheduled weekly and may occur during your stay. Technicians will briefly access the pool area only.



Additional Services (Available Upon Request)

• Pool heating: $35/night (2-night minimum, 24-hour notice required)

• Pack ’n play: $39 one-time fee

• Highchair: $29 one-time fee

• Mid-stay cleaning (for stays over 3 nights): available for an additional fee



House Rules

• No parties, events, or smoking/vaping. Violations may result in a $150 fine and/or forfeiture of deposit.

• Check-out is on time. Late departures are subject to a $150 fee per hour.

• Excessive mess may result in additional cleaning charges. Please leave the property tidy.

• No pets allowed (except service animals). Unauthorized pets may result in fines and/or deposit forfeiture.

• Pool use is at your own risk. Please follow all safety guidelines.

• Firearms and weapons are strictly prohibited.



• Violating house rules may result in additional charges or immediate removal without refund.
