I called before booking about the waterpark; but they did not tell me that it closed for maintenance! We paid resort fee for nothing.... Our son was upset for no swim. Room is pretty big for our small family; but too far to walk to the big building. There is nothing we can do when we arrived. :(

My stay was amazing! I would visit again! The room and property were very clean which is extremely important to me. We were also pleasantly surprised that the rooms were more modern and updated compared to the pictures. There was also plenty to do at the resort that were reasonably priced. 10 out of 10, no complaints!

Unfortunately, we were unable to take advantage of the restaurants and amenities due to visiting family. The Villa was absolutely beautiful and would love to come back and stay at least a week to take advantage of all of the amenities the resort has to offer. The check in and out process was great. The check in staff offered great service. We did not get his name as he did not have a name tag. He upgraded us to a handicapped accessible room as I have to use a walker and the view was spectacular. The King size mattress and pillows were so clean and comfortable. The bath towels were soft and smelled so good. We can't wait to go back. Kimberly and David Kraus
