One of my favorite spots in Florida to stay! Walmart is across the street walking distance. Technically do not need a rental. Everything is located on the property or you can just get it at the Walmart.

The definition of Villa and hotel room. I thought I paid for a Villa; however, it was a very small hote room. There was no power through the nightstand, wakiing up to a dead phone in the am was pleasant. Attempted to plug the nightstand in - no way to pull it away from the wall to do so. This included the phone. It was a nice feature to look at - no power, no phone outlet. We were so far from the feature (main pools) that we just utilized the pool at our building. Baking pan - no stove. It was a very nice place, reminiscent of the Villages, with everything at your fingertips; I was just disappointed in the location and the Unthoughtfulness of our room.

Me gusto la instalacion y todas las opciones que tienes en el. Lo que no me gusto es que la habitacion que compre tenia jacuzzi y la que me dieron no. Ademas que el parque de agua no esta incluido dentro de lo que pagas por el Hotel. No vi ningun email o notificacion en el sistema de espedia señalando esto por lo que para mi fue sorpresa.

No info given at check in such as being able to pull up to the gate and use your card to get back in without waiting in line with all the people checking in, showed signs everywhere for quick dining no employee knew anything about it, wi-Fi on the property horrible that is all over the property. The signs are on the property could contain better info the info nobody gave you info on the train the shuttles nothing and this was the biggest complaint when talking to other guest, the lack of info given a check in and the Wi-Fi poor directions to unit, The Mexican restaurant was phenomenal Sid American kitchen good food also to enter. The property is a nightmare no security outside helping direct traffic cars is backed up. We set in line the day we checked in a good 45 minutes then there’s no signage on where to park where to go Nothing. Was so looking forward to this weekend, but felt a little letdown.

The only complaint I have is that they basically force you to stay for two nights if you want to be able to access the water park because check in isn't until 4pm and the water park closes at 5:30 I believe and then check out is 10am but they don't open until 11am. The rooms were new and very clean. Every two units also had access to your own washer and dryer so that was nice.
