The property offers five spacious bedrooms and four bathrooms and sleeps a total of 10. Four bedrooms are located on the upper floor and one twin bedroom is located on the ground floor. All rooms have ceiling fans and the master has cable TV.

The two bedrooms with king beds also feature en-suites. In addition to a bedroom, the ground floor also holds a formal dining area which can seat 10 guests as well as additional dining for four in the kitchen area and bright, airy living spaces.

The rental’s outdoor space is just as beautifully adorned as the interior. A large pool dominates the enclosed lanai and the pool deck is the perfect spot for morning coffee while the sun rises. It is ideal for family BBQ parties, too, with its large gas grill more than capable of taking on even large dishes. The pool can be heated for an additional $25 per day. Guests also have use to an in-unit washer and dryer.

Please note: Additional fees will apply if the following are not left in the same condition in which they were found: grill cleaning fee $75.00 / excess trash $75.00 / damaged linens: $150.00.

Pool Policy: $35.00 / per day – minimum 3+ night stays. Please inquire in advance.
Pet Policy: This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of a minimum of $500 up to $1,000.

Supplies: Each property is equipped with a starter pack of paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, and trash bag. If you run out, you will need to replenish these products at your own expense.

Please Note: In lieu of security deposits and booking fees, each LoveRentals booking includes LoveRentals Protect, a limited property protection plan, to provide peace of mind to both our guests and homeowners. The fee for LoveRentals Protect is applied to each booking and covers up to $10,000.00 in contents damage protection and up to $1,000,000.00 in real property protection.
