Absolutely not what I was expecting. I understand it's a short)long term hotel. But definitely not for a business trip. Upon arrival, someone at the door entrance was smoking. The doors are propped open, no security. Homeless people hanging out everywhere. I did not feel safe entering and exiting the hotel. When asked how long it would be to the convention center from hotel, the staff did not know there was a convention center nearby (it's literally in your name). Large dog barking at random times. Asked about it in the morning, was told there are no dogs. This went on for several days. Finally called the office in the evening. It's a service dog and they'll call the owner. Absolutely no amenities but one very small bar of hand soap. Would never recommend for a business trip.

Staff support lacking. Young lady up front stated there were no maintenance workers on site and wouldn’t return until the next morning. House keeping comes every other week. TV didn’t work. Staff stated there was nothing they could do about it. Young lady working the front desk was very rude about the situation. One gentleman was respectful but couldn’t do anything about it. Checked out the same day and the young lady would not refund us. We had to return the next day to speak to management to get the refund.

Staff was nice! Checking in & out was easy! Room was clean! Bed is uncomfortable, you can feel the springs from the mattress and so is the 2 flat pillows. Around 10p, 3 police officers showed up kicking someone out of the hotel room next to mine. Apparently, there was a fight in the lobby wit other guest that was staying there. So of you can hear everything. Glad I was only staying for 1 night.

The signal for the TV was horrible 😫 We couldn't see the MLB WS game because of it. Staff is superior than others similar hotels. They need to work on the bad smell in the hallways.

Ok so first the room they gave us the ac was not working so it was very hot. They said they were sold out at first. But when we came but from the store the hotel manager came to the room and saw how hot it was and said we could be in another room . That room was bigger and the ac did work . So it worked out.
