Dirty room with baby roaches throughout the room. Strong chemical odor of pest control solution in the room. The single seat in pleather was completely worn. The floor had debris. However, plenty of parking. Quick check-in and check-out.

Never thought this bad would be possible :-(

Staff was OK. Hotel offers basically nothing. No breakfast, even paid. Basically no toiletries, only soap bars. Kitchen available, without a single item to cook, or to use to drink. Sofa, as you can see in the pictures, seems it came from a dumpster. Bathroom was filthy. See attached pictures. Terrible experience overall. Was so disappointed I chose this hotel, and even used my Key Cash on this.

I was not expecting an extended stay experience. The room was quite basic and lacked amenities of a regular hotel but I guess that is normal for an extended stay.

The property was fine. I didn't realize that extended stay meant no extra towels. No cooking utensils for the kitchen. No extra toilet paper until we ran out.

We have to pay for room service to get towels n wash clothes and to me make up the bed. There were no ice machines. I had to go to the front desk for a broom but they didn't have a dust pan. And now I have to call them for my $100 deposit back because I still didn't receive it in my account.

Very slow check-in, and once checked in we were put into a room that housekeeping was still in cleaning. Had to go through the whole process again. The couch was a complete mess with the surface all torn throughout. When I checked last my deposit was still not taken off.

They charge $100.00 deposit and they don’t give it back until 3 to 5 business day they say, I still waiting on my,staff are not friendly,room was sticking and don’t have to much towels ,A/C make noise all night hard to sleep with that noise.
