The breakfast was drink and muffins, which was as expected. The room was very comfortable and looked new. The sunset at Skaket beach was spectacular. I would definitely stay here again

Easy to find, booking in was straight forward and you can park outside the room. The room was spacious and comfortable ( maybe the mattress was a little soft but that is just personal preference) Easy to access the main highway to explore Cape Cod Muffins and coffee were excellent. Our only negative was that we could hear people in next door room, only one side so they were probably just very noisy

Wonderful lodging.

The rooms are totally updated and very clean. The owner is extremely friendly and helpful with suggestions for your visit to the area. Seems that everyone who was there was a recurring visitor. Will definitely stay there again.

Very clean, quiet, considering location , I felt it was close to stores. Our stay was Labor Day weekend. Very easy and convenient access onto 6 on and off . Centrally located near our particular needs and interests. Delicious free blueberry and cranberry muffins in am at office area and serviceable coffee enough to get you on your way out for day. Comfortable beds, mini fridge very helpful along with microwave and tv and a walk in closet. Would recommend and would come back again.

Room review

Floors needed to be cleaned. Our feet were black by the end of the first night so we had to wear our sandals while walking in the room. Our a/c was not working correctly. Our room was humid and nothing ever dried. Our clothes smelled musty. The room itself was nice, the pool was refreshing and the home made muffins were great. It may have just been our a/c because the neighbors were fine.

Very pleased with the accommodations. Other visitors including families with children and retired couples were friendly and considerate. We like that Skaket Motel is a short drive to ocean side Nauset Beach and bay side Skaket Beach.

Lovely Cape Cod motel

Lovely motel located in a spectacular parte of the Cape: can’t beat the location in Orleans, equally distant from the western Skaket Beach (amazing sunsets!) and the gorgeous Nauset Beach to the East. Motel is very clean and pleasant. Rooms could be a bit more spacious when furnished with 2 Queen size beds (we needed those). Shower head in our room was a bit weak but sufficient. Cleaning crew is outstanding. Would happily return when I’m in the area.

We recommend!

Our room was spotless. As was the bathroom. The extra sink and vanity area outside of the bathroom was very convenient. The homemade muffins were such a treat in the morning. The only downside was the pool not being in use.

The property was clean and well maintained. My 3 star rating is that the Pool was out of commission the entire weekend stay. Breakfast was coffee and muffins not much fanfare. Tasty just less than we were expecting. Room itself well maintained and was nice when windows opened for great ventilation on the cooler days. Noise was pretty minimal considering it was the height of season and it’s right off the highway. Would stay again as long as pool was operational.

A long standing Orleans establishment with a long track record of happy customers. Clean, comfy beds, quick hot water, extra large fridge, updated rooms, delicious muffins. The ONLY thing I wish they had was separate reading lights. Trying to read while my wife was trying to sleep the only option is the overhead LED lights that shine directly over the bed. It would be a really nice to have option.
