Very convenient location, donki is just a 2 min walk from hotel. Soundproof - can’t hear noise from the streets, but when you have other inconsiderate guests at the hotel shouting along the corridor, it is very loud and can be heard from our room. There are also weird sounds and knocking sounds that seem to be coming from the corridor area happening around 7am in the morning. Didn’t get out of bed to see what it was.

The room is really clean. Staff are amazingly helpful. The hotel located near the tourist area and also near a train station :) will definitely go back to this hotel.

Convenient location with Lawson right outside and 5 minute walk to Namba station. Laundry room a bit small but adequate. Express checkout option is great and staff was easily able to assist with luggage transfer.

Small room but the location is great!

The room is too small for people who have large luggage. The pillow is not that comfy, they are a little too flat/low. Also there are sounds traveling thru the ceiling air vent.

As an ugly American looking for a “budget hotel” I was blown away at how NICE this place was! I wasn’t sure if I was in the right place at first; marble floors, glass walls, high ceilings, staff in blazers n ties…not all dirty and decrepit like you’d expect at a Motel 6 in the states (same price) . Excellent room, extremely well- laid out efficiency room- the small bathroom was PERFECT. I don’t need a bunch of wasted space and it was so convenient and made so much sense, I was amazed (well, not really- Americans are idiots). Comfortable bedding, tv and desk area was perfect, it was awesome. Cannot recommend any higher.

Excellent location

Excellent location. Small, compact room. Good for bag drop off and city explore. The area of samba is packed, I mean packed, with restaurants, bars and shops.
