Great location. Staff was personable however some Front office bellstaff and some of housekeeping staff need personal hygiene addressed. Its not probably a popular stock item in Japan but deodorants can significantly help or improve it. I had to leave my room after my bags got delivered since smell just lingered.

Really helpful and attentive staff, just ask them anything and they were more than happy to help. Rooms where clean but the overall rooms gave a ”old” vibe not didn’t seem super modern. Not a deal breaker but just a small observation. The bar is nice and had live singing with piano, albeit very pricey for average food and drinks.

Nice hotel that had very easy access to the subway trains. A walking distance to many locations, one veing the Dotonbori. Staff were really nice and accommodate all of our needs.

Excellent place to stay right in the middle of Shinsaibashi. It's about 10 mins walk to Dotonburi, which is an ultimately short walk once you get distracted with all the shops in Shinsaibashi-suji. It's 4 stops by train to Umeda. There's high-end shopping just across with Daimaru and lots of boutiques available all around.

I’m sorry but this hotel failed my expectations from the start. Everyone is really nice in Japan but the staff members only seem to be nice to people who look like they have money. The room itself had other peoples hair in the bed and bathroom making me think it wasn’t cleaned. The bed felt really uncomfortable and I came during summer so without being able to control a/c you can’t sleep at all in this place. I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless you’re paying extra for staying in the luxury rooms.
