Comfortable Stay in a Super Convenient Location

Hotel Nikko Osaka was a great choice for our stay! Being directly connected to the train station made getting around the city incredibly easy and stress-free. The breakfast was also convenient, with a nice variety of options—including a solid Western-style breakfast. Our room was a good size, especially by Japan standards, and very comfortable throughout our stay. Overall, a great experience in a clean, well-located hotel. Would definitely stay again!

Everyone in the receiving area are extremely helpful, they went all the way to help us move to our preferred room the next day since it wasn't available when we checked in late. Eventhoug there's an obvious language barrier, everyone tried their very best to accommodate us. The lobby is so elegant, the rooms are clean and well appointed. The most exciting part is their buffet breakfast! Its filled with lots and lots of delicious dishes! I look forward to it every morning! I definitely will bring my family back to this wonderful hotel very soon!

On arrival, our room got upgraded to a suite. The room was considerably spacious and the bathroom was equally very spacious with its own vanity counter (big plus!). The interior was modernly designed and clean. Breakfast was included during our stay and everything we had, Japanese and Western cuisines, were all very delicious. Dotonburi was probably a 10 min walk, but is overall walkable to many dining options, maybe a bit more for shopping. The hotel does have it's own entrance from the subway level too. Overall, I'd stay here again for sure

I would book again on the future.

The hotel is very nice and clean. I wasn't expecting that it was basically above the train station. It was very convenient to use the metro at the Shinsibashi station, and steps away from the two huge shopping malls (Parco & Daimaru). I do recommend place for service, location, and convenience.

Stayed in premium room. Clean hotel with daily hygiene kits provided including pajamas and bathrobes . Transportation is very accessible with walkable signature shopping centers and food courts .
