Super close to everything - dotonbori was walkable, train station was super close, multiple food places near by, super convenient. Cleans room every 4 days. On the smaller end but more spacious compared to budget Tokyo hotels.

The staff in the early few day of my stay was a bit cold and judgmental, giving short answer or staring and not answering when I asked a question (in Japanese). But a few of the other staff towards the end of my stay was nice and helpful. The room I was in, on the first day, had long curly hair on the bed, showers, IN the bed, and floors. The walls were thin and I kept hearing banging on the wall at night. The location was nice, easy walks to popular locations and strip. The cleaning service was a bit confusing. Overall I wish I could give this place a better rating.
