We had a pet friendly room, which we did not need or request when we checked in there was a dog barking nonstop next door while the people were out of the room. We woke up all stuffy and friend has severe allergies. We were not sure why we had been given that room but they were sold out that night so we were stuck.

The main issue for us was the overwhelming cigarette smell in the lobby and throughout the hotel. There wasn’t a welcome gift but we didn’t expect one. I really liked the size of our room and the layout. Also, I left my iPad and when contacting them they handled it very well and are shipping it to my home soon. The location was nice and the lake pretty. Food from kitchen was very good!

This hotel needs a complete overhaul. Even the non-smoking rooms/hallways smell like smoke. The hallway ceiling tiles are yellow, the walls need repairing. Hotel staff was courteous and efficient.

While I stay, the room smell like dog and there was dog poop in the carpet they couldn’t offer me a other room because everything was sold out, never again will I stay there and I’ve been in so many hotels and I have never had that experience.

It was a non-smoking room, but the halls and lobby smelled of smoke the minute you walk in. The hallway doors to the casino were propped open allowing smoke smell to be everywhere. My room was certainly sprayed with air freshener and was ok after I put wet towels under the door. Chose this location thinking it would be safer with the activity of the casino. Big mistake. Should have changed hotels immediately

Stinky room!!

Checked in late. Diisnt realize we had a smoking room which i would never book. That should be out lawed in any building . Very disappointed. Whwn we chexked not once did she ask how was our stay. Vwry cold attitude.
