Everything was great except the pull out couch. Don’t plan to use it. The mattress was uneven and you could feel every coil. Even my 7 year old granddaughter couldn’t sleep on it.

A bit hard to get to due to all the road construction around the property. On our first night there where a number of wild children running up and down the hallway. Someone must have lodged a complaint because the noise stopped. On the first morning on the way to breakfast, I felt very unsafe on the elevator when a young man decided to berate me loudly for not having said good morning to him when he entered the elevator. He certainly was on a power trip and his girlfriend found this very funny. He later passed by the breakfast area and again smirked at me and commented again. No guest should have to deal with such odd behaviour especially when the guest is a 77 year old senior and the conceited punk is his 20’s . The cigarette parked behind his ear said it all. Also in the breakfast area there were children openly coughing over the serving trays and the bread container. Not very appetizing .

We tolerated their "under renovation" status and the fact that the elevator didnt work -- I went up and down four stories of stairs, twice. The place was a total disaster, and unsafe. There were dogs in the rooms near us, barking all the time. There were hockey tournaments happening, and teams of young players making noise. But the worst thing that happened was being charged for damage we did not cause at all, in any fashion. We will be following up with management. I am exhausted from what was supposed to be a restful trip.

Parking is under construction and this was not posted on the website. No pool and gym available. Knowing this information I would have not booked this hotel. Breakfast had a good selection of food.

Wasn’t that impressed

I recently stayed at this hotel and was very disappointed with my experience. The property was under construction, but there was absolutely no clear signage to indicate where to enter the building or where the check-in desk was located. It was extremely frustrating trying to navigate the situation without any direction. Additionally, I was charged an extra $1.00 at check-in under the pretense of verifying that I was the cardholder. While the amount is small, it’s the principle that matters. I’ve never encountered this practice at other hotels, and it left me wondering how often this happens to guests. Overall, the lack of communication, poor organization, and unnecessary fee left me with a negative impression. I hope the hotel addresses these issues to improve the experience for future guests. The only good thing was the breakfast service. Great kitchen staff. !
