Overall, good place if you're looking to save some $$. Pros: -Greenery around the property, nice wooden lawn chairs that you can sit in and relax -only 2 levels, we were hoping to get a ground floor room, but walking upstairs to 2nd floor wasn't bad -quiet, no noise from neighbouring rooms, etc -decor of room was nice, including bed linen -cleanliness of room -toilet & shower in separate room from sink -a lot of counter space around sink -2 tables with chairs, as opposed to the typical 1 table with chair -wifi good and easy Cons: -customer service could be improved, not overly friendly or enthusiastic. If that was improved, they could be on par with the typical service of motels/hotels -lack of cleanliness of stairs/floor going up to 2nd floor...saw big splotches on floor on day 2, still there on day 4, saw more on day 4 -no garbage receptacles around property (only 1 in main area of rm) -no lines in parking lot (could allow for 4 or 5 more spots, especially at night when it gets busy) -AC/heating unit by the window - air flow too loud and strong, no auto setting, not fun to have it blowing on you all night if you're in the bed closest to it

There is an actual deduction of $250 for room damages, as opposed to all other hotels that just hold your card in case of damages. I do not trust that I will be refunded this money as I worry the Inn is in dire need of income and will make any excuse to keep my funds. Everything in the room is extremely old, the AC didn't work so it was hot in the room, and the fan was falling out of the ceiling in the bathroom. The room was clean, considering its age. No elevator to get to 2nd floor rooms - had to lug suitcases up the stairs.

This is a budget friendly property in a quiet place and has plenty of open space to relax in the evenings. The staff members are polite and friendly. You can park your vehicle just in front of your room.Options limited for free breakfast but then property is worth for the price.

Very comfortable bed, spacious room, clean. Friendly staff. Had a minor issue in the room which was quickly dealt with by staff. Lots of places outside to sit and relax. Free breakfast (coffee, tea, juice, cereal, muffins, yogurt, fruit). Would stay there again.
