The Butler Inn was a good choice for a Miami weekend visit. I found it clean, stocked with the usual amenities-including a mini fridge and microwave, and overall exceeded my expectations for a motel such as this. While not luxurious by any means, it afforded a very comfortable stay for a busy weekend. I was impressed with the customer service and the cleanliness of the place. My only mark against them would be that the water for the shower was not very hot. I would definitely stay here again, especially for the price that many Oxford hotels charge for busy parent weekends.

The front desk staff was very friendly an welcoming. The room was very nice and comfortable. Two things could be fixed in Room 29: straighten out the toilet seat & repair the wallpaper that is coming loose on the corner near the closet. Neither was a big issue, just suggested improvements. Great value. Would definitely stay again

This is my second stay and this room is not as nice as the other room I was in. Also the products for the bathroom are very low end and that is disappointing when you travel far.

Paint coming off the walls in main room and bathroom. Picture fell off the wall during our stay and huge cracks behind. Over priced for the quality of this motel. I would not recommend.

Property not plowed and very slippery. There were numerous dead bugs in the room. The lock was broken and a very steep step into the room. The tv signal turned off repeatedly. We ultimately left and stayed elsewhere

Property managers were incredible friendly & helpful. Room was clean. Beds were very comfortable. Shower was tricky to manage water temperature. Drafty as the door didn’t fit the frame properly. But we were warm enough inside. Just needed a safe, warm comfortable spot to rest for a night. Would stay again.

Stayed here for three days and service was over the top good. The room was a little worn out as it looked like this was an older building, but everything worked as it should’ve and the bed was comfortable. There was also easy access to parking and the staff took care of issues promptly, including a defective card. The HVAC unit ended up being a heat pump that was a little bit tall for even me to use and I’m just about 6 feet tall. It also took some fine-tuning and adjustment to get it right for comfort. Once I did, sleeping was no problem. The parking lot was also well lit and considering that I drive a service truck easy to negotiate. If you’re looking for an inexpensive place to stay in the Oxford, Ohio area, I would check out the Butler Inn.

Cute little motel

Cute, redone motel. Very clean. Felt safe. Management texted me each night to ensure I didn't need anything which was awesome. Nothing fancy but all the TV channels which was nice since my kid got sick and spent a lot of time in the room. Only knock I have was the price. $280 for 2 nights.....ouch.
