Staff was nice and offered to give us another room when we found 2 used washcloths in bathroom. The rest of room looked clean so we stayed put. Later we noticed no shower mat. We only stayed one night and tried to call down for a late checkout as my husband wasn’t feeling well the next morning and our room phone didn’t work. Then my husband was stuck in the bathroom as the door latch stuck close and he couldn’t get out. He was able to use a room key card I slid under the door to luckily unlatch the door and get out. It must have been a prior problem as scotch tape had been put on the door latch.

There was no internet so I called the front desk and I was told that it was working, then it was not working at all. I asked if it would work if I paid the premium access fee, no response. The bed was terrible, sinking in the middle. Breakfast was not good at all. I don't recommend this hotel and based on the person at the front desk, it is privately owned and operated. I hope the other Comfort Inn are better. I was very disappointed

Good location that is close to hwy 89. No working pool or hot tub. Public restrooms on lobby area where never cleaned during our 3 day stay and were out of toilet paper the last day. Also, a very unsafe condition on our floor level. The laundry chutes were open and children may be a concern to fall or climb into. Only a 3 floor fall!

We stayed here for one night while traveling through. Front desk was very welcoming, was honest and upfront telling us our our was not yet ready even though it was past check in time. This was fine with us, went for a bite to eat and returned. Room was very clean. Had everything we needed. Appeared the hotel had been recently renovated, carpets and all flooring clean and looked new. Breakfast was fine, hot and cold options. Exercise room was clean and had all that was needed. I would recommend.

We were frustrated as the pool was out of order. We could have selected another property. They have coffee and hot water all day, which is very nice. We use the hot water to make instant noodles. Breakfast opened at 6:30 am, and was good enough for a traveler heading to another sightseeing tour. The bathroom was clean, but the soap and lotion were harsh. I felt itchy overnight. People with sensitive skin must bring their personal cleansing products. We should get a partial refund for no pool access. They didn't mention it on their page. The indoor pool should be open all year round.😒
