Very clean and new, but the soundproofing is terrible. People kept walking around in the room upstairs, and I could clearly hear conversations from the next room. The breakfast was exactly the same for two days with very few options. My room didn’t even have a microwave.

I wish i had read the 1-2 star reviews before booking this hotel because that was our experience. The outside of the hotel and the lobby are appealing and clean, however this does not make up for the very poor customer service. We were here for 2 nights - our room was not made, even after requesting it. We asked to speak to the manager and the front desk person told us he would be in at 6-7pm. Around 7pm we asked for towels since they were not replaced and the woman at the front desk told us they ran out, but somehow 5 minutes later after persistence came back with towels. We asked to speak to the manager again and apparently he would not be in until the next day. The front desk clerks just don't care and don't want to be bothered. Everyone who worked there that we interreacted with was rude and unhelpful.

Easy to find and easy parking Hotel is in need of renovation. Room: Peeling paint, bad spackle jobs, dirty tiles by room entrance, needs more decorations. Outside of room: dirty front of the hotel, limited breakfast, not enough tea and weak coffee.

We reserved two rooms for one night—Room 1: Suite (Non-smoking) and Room 2: Two Queen Beds (Non-smoking). Upon arrival around 10:00 p.m., we were informed that the Suite was unavailable due to overbooking and were given a regular Two-Queen room instead. The front desk assured us that the rate would be adjusted to reflect the downgrade. The next morning, I spoke with Assistant Manager Rose, who said she would follow up by the end of the day, but no update was ever provided. Despite this, my card was overcharged, which is incorrect and unacceptable. I was extremely disappointed by the inconvenience, miscommunication, and failure to honor my confirmed reservation.

Our stay went well thanks to kind front desk staff and everything g being just as we needed it. Laundry was easy - but you’ll need crisp $1 for the coin machine. Bed was very comfy but our pillows were too soft for our liking. Close to Walmart in case you forgot anything! Easy drives to Antelope & Horseshoe Canyons, Downtown Page for delicious dinners, and Glenn Canyon Dam.
