This Lake View Home is an amazing property for you to enjoy as a relaxing and quiet respite from fun-filled day-time activities in the sun! This home is ideal for people traveling with close family or with friends that want to be together but sometimes need their own private space. Combined by a set of stairs, there are two complete living areas in this home complete with their own kitchens, dining and laundry rooms! Enjoy the sunrises & sunsets, the peaceful quiet away from the hustle and bustle of daily life, and be sure to take advantage of the "dark skies community" and gaze at the amazing stars in the evening. There is a large deck, half covered and half open as well as a lower patio that is all shaded in the afternoon because of the east-facing backside of the home. This makes BBQ-ing and eating outdoors a real treat.

This spacious 3,300 square foot retreat has four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and extra beds to accommodate that slightly larger family/group. The two levels are ideal for traveling with family or friends due to the two full living spaces. Whether you are looking to spend time together or need your privacy, this home will accommodate all your needs. Use as your base to explore the multiple scenic and world-renowned​ destinations located in and around Page/Lake Powell. The home is located just minutes from Wahweap Marina or Lone Rock Beach at Lake Powell and Glen Canyon Dam. Antelope Point Marina, Antelope Canyon and Horseshoe Bend are a 15-20 minute drive while the Grand Staircase Escalante, Bryce and Zion National Parks are within a 1-2 hour drive.

MAIN LEVEL: Walk into this custom built home and instantly know you are in the Southwest as you see the kiva style gas fireplace in the great room and Native American-inpsired art and rugs throughout the home. Enter into the great room with leather seating, custom woodwork and a framed 48" television. The views of Lake Powell, Lone Rock, Navajo Mountain and multiple rock formations are stunning from your attached patio.

The kitchen has custom cabinetry, granite countertops, and is equipped with a Jenn-Air cooktop adjacent to a prep-sink, oven, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator with ice maker and in-door water dispenser. It is fully stocked with everything you need. Enjoy the views from all of the windows in this home!

The Master bedroom contains a king size bed, french doors leading onto the private patio with Lake Powell views and a 32" television that can be hidden when not in use. Master bathroom has double vanities and a glass-enclosed walk-in shower. Toiletries are provided.

Bedroom #2 has a king-size bed and hidden desk with lighting behind the closet doors.

There is a sleeper sofa located in the main living area to accommodate extra children.

The main bathroom upstairs has a large soaking tub and is stocked with toiletries.

There is a full-sized washer and dryer in the upstairs laundry room (a starter supply of laundry soap included).

DOWNSTAIRS:
Enjoy this cozy and welcoming space that has two bedrooms and one bath with its own private entrance and driveway and a fully-equipped kitchen.

The downstairs great room area features a brand new 42" smart TV, leather sofa and loveseat, brand new dining set that seats four with an additional table for two in the kitchen area.

Bedroom #3 features a queen size bed with direct access to bathroom and access to the outdoor patio.

Bedroom #4 has a queen size bed.

There are two twin size fold-out beds by the pool table in the GAME ROOM to accommodate extra children.

* Note: There is a Queen-size blow-up mattress for that 13th & 14th person that you may have in your group. It is not a futon as listed in the "Rooms" section due to Vrbo's available bed descriptions.

The bathroom features a large, walk-in shower, double vanity and is stocked with all toiletries.

When you are not out sightseeing, hiking or playing on the lake, there is a solid wood pool table to entertain you and your friends!

The home is located in Greenehaven and is 9 miles from the town of Page which contains two grocery stores, many restaurants, shopping and recreational businesses that rent boats, jet skis, kayaks and paddle boards.
