The property did not appear as advertised in terms of location and amenities. The room was good and cleaning staff did a great job, no complaints with actual staff on site and they job they did. The check in experience through the zoom kiosk was the most inconvenient, lazy solution to late night staffing I have ever seen. The process was unclear and downright bizarre - I have no idea why a hospitality business would ever choose to do this - it leaves an awful impression on guests. Never returning here until a real person checks me in.

Not sure when or where the pool picture was taken that pops up with this property, but that is definitely not how it looks IRL. Also, the phone number listed is "an old number" so no one answered the phones and there's no staff available "after hours" which is inconvenient. The room was clean, no complaints about that. Once the staff arrived, they were very friendly and helpful. It's an older property and our doorjam on the bottom was missing/rotted/broken out so bugs or other small things could have entered the room. We used a towel to keep out critters.

Old and a bit worn down. Clean though. Old ac units was noisy, bathroom and shower in bad shape. No amenities to speak of. We paid way too much money when we booked four months in advance. This is a $75/nt value. Would not recommend.

The room had a strong, unpleasant smell and was definitely not worth $100 per night. There was no staff at the reception desk when I arrived. I waited 20 minutes just to check in. I accidentally booked an extra room due to a website issue, and despite my immediate request to cancel, I was refused.

Older property, a bit dated ( even the walls painted recently), carpet really needs to be replaced, door has huge gap, hair left on the shower wall. Nonetheless busy place, because it’s the cheapest around.

The room was clean and none smoking. That was aplus for me. It was also very spacious and had a mini fridge and microwave . Also came with a blow dryer. Over all it was a good place to stay . I would stay there again.
