The room was very upscale, modern, spotless. The bathroom had Dove pumps of body wash, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion. The beds were super comfortable with a ton of pillows. They're dog friendly and the front desk staff were helpful, patient, offered lots of help and suggestions for living in parhump. Just a very friendly comfortable environment.

Clean and comfortable hotel. The breakfast was good but I wish they'd use less Styrofoam and plastic (this is the case with most chain hotels, sadly). The service was very friendly and helpful. I appreciated daily housekeeping. Unfortunately, the hotel's new fire alarm/sprinkler system is set up such that a blinking light is constantly going off during the night -- directly above the beds! I complained about this in the morning and was told that that's just how the new system was installed. Somehow this did not bother me the first night but it did keep waking me up the 2nd night. Too bad. It's otherwise a great hotel (though a bit pricey for Holiday Inn but maybe that's because there are so few hotels in reasonable driving distance from Death Valley).

The service was terrible. They did not assign rooms properly and when I requested to change rooms , they were only booked for 2 days. While the original booking was for 3 days. One desk person said it is booked for 3 days and then other booked it for 2 days. So after 2 days we were locked out and had to spend 1 hr to get rooms again. I was hard to bring luggage in and out of a rooms due to room change.

Staff is awesome..very accommodating. Beautiful room, huge room, extremely clean. Huge bathroom, soaps, shampoos aee dove and pantene whicb was a huge detail that made me smile. Its absolutely gorgeous here.
