The staff at the Opal are exceptional people. Very kind and very friendly. The room was clean but only issue was it would be nice to have a makeup mirror in the bathroom and a shampoo/conditioner stand in the shower. We had to put our hair products on the floor. Other than that, the room was very clean, it was quiet, the bed was so comfortable. We enjoyed our stay very much and plan to return very soon!

Overall, fine. Probably not worth the expense. Two morning see were there, the trash came to be picked up at 630am right behind our room waking up while family. When I mentioned it to front desk, they said there wasn’t anything they could do about it. Elevators barely worked. On plus side, fitness center was great and staff at restaurant was great. Like I said “ fine”’. Would stay somewhere else next time.
